Hotel is located in down town and very near to City Centre. Bed room was specious and neat and clean with maximum facilities. We reached little bit early but they accommodated us. facilities in bed room and bath room were enough. Room cleaning was done on daily basis. Breakfast was availed as it was not complimentary. But I visited restaurant and found the food stuff provided by the hotel was good.

No complimentary water in rooms. No. Bathroom sleepers. No parking place is available with hotel. No shuttle service to Airport.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent- very spacious with lots of view, an extremely big, comfortable bed and a great working area. The breakfasts had everything I wanted, well prepared and tasty food. The price was reasonable. The location was right in the middle of everything I wanted to see. Castellon itself is a wonderful place to spend a few days - I was there for five and could have used a couple more.

Just one thing: I find the WIFI at NH hotels is not as good as the WIFI I get at most other places. They offer you an upgraded WIFI for 9.90E for 24 hours. I don't take this.

We’ve got an upgrade for a Junior suite and was fantastic. Lorena performed a hitchless check-in (on 09.09.2023) and gave all the details we needed to spend a lovely evening in the city. Good job, Lorena!!! Thank you!!! The lady who assisted us on check-out next day was very friendly and well trained. She managed to provide us all the information we need it. Unfortunately I do not remember her name :( I do apologize! I do thank to the lady from breakfast room as well, she was very nice and careful. Thumb up! Thank you all !!!

A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat. Check in and out was very easy the reception staff were super efficient friendly and welcoming.

Excellent room, well equipped. Loved the shower. But the staff were the best bit - very friendly and accommodating for us over New Years.

The location of the wash basin was a little awkward. The room fans didn't seem to make sense that much. But these were minor, and we had a lovely time in the hotel and town.

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay with exceptionally cozy beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience. Its location was ideal, situated in a charming neighborhood that made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staffs are all great , surprisingly in this Castellón, I would recommend here just because they have wonderful staff

The AC wasn’t working very very well from the beginning of my stay

Excellent downtown location, easy to reach, parking was convenient. Great rooms with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantatstic.

The only down side was the parking, The hotel did not have its own dedicated parking garage; rather we had to use a public parking garage 2 blocks away.

Lovely hotel, as always got the NH group, fantastic reception staff, especially Sergio - my little dog was made very welcome too. I have stayed at this hotel before and would definitely book it on another occasion. Thank you

Great location, in the town centre. The staff was extremely helpful, even helped us checking in a couple of hours earlier. The room is very clean, also AC, fridge, toiletries,. The bathroom is large and very clean too.
