Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space , best to get rooms overlooking front and side street of hotel, rooms at rear were not nice views, but of a wall and dark not good natural light. Good secure safe parking…reception / breakfast staff very pleasant…everyone smiles.

Breakfast room was bright and airy, however very noisy they need to put soft furnishings to stop the echoing, and the trolley when they clear tables etc can be very noisy, staff probably don’t notice as used to it, but you cannot sit and have a quiet relaxed breakfast, they should hang soft furnishings on walls or acoustic panels will make a much nicer environment.. lifts to floors are very slow… entrance reception is a little smelly of the drains I think..someone had spilt coffee on entrance steps , the stain was still there 2 days later.. not a big thing but attention to details.

Excellent location to visit the old town of Leon. Large room and bathroom, good service. The restaurant is excellent, but not really connected to the hotel and with unusual opening hours. Breakfast room was nice, breakfast was ok. There is a roof terrace, but it is operated by a different hotel and the opening hours are difficult.

Wifi was free and fast - but to access it was really inconvenient. Some marketing guy at the Barcelo company decided guests have to join an obscure Barcelo club to get Wifi and installed a weird system of accepantance messages. This guy should be punished, then we would happily come again ;-)

Great central location, quiet, spacious room, excellent bathroom (shower- no bath tub) and the seventh floor offered a great view from our balcony. The breakfast offered a wide choice - including lactose free milk! - albeit we had to wait quite some time for the supply of bacon and scrambled eggs to be refilled… The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage after we checked out so we could continue to tour around León before catching the train later in the afternoon.

The bed pillows were stuffed with foam and were very uncomfortable- fortunately I always bring my own…

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Barceló León Conde Luna . We liked our large, bright room with its very large window, its high ceiling and its large bathroom. Perhaps because the room is large, it seemed rather sparsely furnished; in any case the bed was excellent, the room was in good condition, and the shower was delightful. Also the windows and curtains were well made, and our room was quiet at night. The most remarkable feature of the room is certainly the massive built-in hardwood wardrobe. That wardrobe, along with the broad corridors and large lobby, reflect the hotel's past; it was once the grandest and finest hotel in León. Fortunately that tradition lives on: our room was very properly serviced each day, and the front-desk staff were courteous and helpful. (In addition, there's an excellent contemporary restaurant on the top floor.) From our point of view, the great location, the very attractive room rate and the spaciousness of the room and added up to a very satisfactory stay.

The room would definitely benefit from an additional table or cabinet, an electric water kettle and mugs for coffee or tea.

Good room reasonable view of the cathedral which looked great lit up at night. The location of the hotel was perfect easy walking distance for the cathedral and the tourist train. The evening meal in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. My husband loved the ice creams

Nothing springs to mind

The location of this hotel is right beside the old town. After we parked the car, conveniently located underneath the hotel, we explored the old town. What a delight! The cathedral was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing it. We walked all around the town, picking out a place for dinner later. Our room was very comfortable with big, fluffy towels. León exceeded our expectations.

Nice hotel, unfortunately.parking was fully booked when we arrived but 24hr secure public parking round the corner. Room.was comfortable and very clean

Breakfast was ok, but lots of dirty tables.waiting to be cleared but no empty clean tables. Limited choice breakfast buffet

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were four and the room was much bigger than expected, plenty of space to move around and have our luggage and bags! Breakfast was great, with a large variety of good quality food! Location just perfect!

This applies to pretty much every hotel I went to: in the bathroom there should be more hooks to place towels! ;-)
