The staff where friendly the food was excellent could not fault it in anyway.

Needed a of a refurbishment and we had to pay for tea and coffee facility’s in our room which it was not a cheap holiday and also we have stayed in a H10 hotel before and would have liked a robe a slippers which we had before but there was none?.

Excellent food and service throughout our stay. The buffet food was varied and had something for everyone, both for breakfast and dinner. Very close to the main town strip. Would recommend

Bed and pillows were not overly comfortable.

It was spotlessly clean. The room or suite we had was spacious. The all inclusive includes a very good range of drinks. The entertainment from a lady singer was excellent but on another night there was nothing. Food was limited but good. Check in was superb and all the tram on Reception were excellent, especially Lara, who was amazing and couldn’t help us enough. Lara is a credit to your hotel. We’d certainly come back again.

The air conditioning in our room was poor. We couldn’t get the room below 27.2c which was too hot at night.

Really lovely spacious hotel with two good sized pools and lots of loungers. Close to beach and main shopping area and restaurants. We stayed on BB basis and the breakfast was amazing. A lot of the guests were all inclusive. If you want somewhere up market to just chill and relax to soak up the sun this is the place to go.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location and the pools were great, good selection of food for the breakfast.

Can’t really fault the hotel or the staff all very good

The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, a quiet side street just off the main strip with all shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. We traveled with my adult son who uses a wheelchair chair, good access with ramps and a fully accessible bathroom, the hotel also has a pool hoist/chair which wasn’t advertised but we were delighted to discover when we got there.

There was a gaseous smell from the shower drain which was attended to when we notified the maintenance staff, however it did reappear after a day or two and may need a more permanent solution. Other members of our group had a room 2 doors down and had no such issues, so just an isolated problem with this particular room.

The hotel was beautifully furnished, two fantastic pool areas and the bedrooms were really comfy and spacious with a lovely balcony looking over pool. The location was great just a 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was also really good - lots of variety and space to eat inside or out.

The only thing that let it down slightly is there was limited space to enjoy a drink outside on the terrae next to the bar area.

room wasn't ready when we arrived but the friendly receptionist put our wrist bands on and said we could still use the facilities drinks were all premium drinks inclusive of all cocktails,very clean rooms

No mini bar in rooms as stated on booking .com could really do with tvs in lounge had to wait 4 days for a kettle in our room,food was abot of a miss mash some nights

Rooms was clean and the staff was really Friendly , the food was good and plenty to choose from .

The entertainment at night let it down alittlen( small area and we was only there for 2 nights and wasn’t much on )

Lovely interconnecting comfortable rooms 107 & 108 ground floor overlooking pool . Cleaned every day . Pool heated which meant could used every day . Great selection of buffet food and Italian one night option was great - excellent steak . Service very good in all areas . Location of hotel good , near shops bars and ten minutes to beach . Oscars tapas in square really good for lunch .

Entertainment - nothing on Saturday night . Could have been livelier
