Good value for money, hotel on the beach with large dunes, nice staff very good food and drinks (water could be warmer), large selection of food and drinks. Great for families with kid activities but be warned to wander left or mostly right along the beach as there were plenty nudists walking (not official nudist beach). Also great if you like very strong wind and waves, maybe for windsurfing. My balcony on 1st floor was furthest from beach (only side view of the beach with a wall taking half of the view), above main entry, quite loud. But view was still very nice.

My biggest issue were no open toilets anywhere on any beaches, no water dispenser and only 1 fully working feet shower (the others are hard to press). The only 1 toilet was all the way on another side of pool, or by reception. The overall furnishing,wear and tear was as expected from a 3 star hotel: very old with visible scratches, resulting in a creepy looking hallway (with my room at the end). Tiny older shower, cracked tile and water pipes looked like they will break away from the wall. There was pool of water everywhere after showering. Just 2 (very cold) water dispensers (from 10:30 by pool and only 1 in a restaurant) with water and 1 for wine, and the same machines were used also for juice. There were plenty for juice ,beer, coke, fanta etc.

Firstly the location..to die for and if lucky to get a full on sea view room. Gorgeous !!!. The view of the beach and expansive sand dunes is straight out of a Sahara oasis. Hotel rooms are dated but all the necessary comforts you would expect, beds are comfy and mini fridge in room. But assure you the view compensates for any little niggles that on first reaction will immediately disappear and put a wow factor smile on your face. Just a note that will cause a reaction once you check in..NO wifi in rooms and only around the pool and bars located on ground floor areas...but if lucky to get a lower floor and on main sea view area. Chances are you will get the wifi from your balcony. Food is simply plentiful and so much choice from freshly cooked meats, the usual breakfasts to suit all palettes, deserts for that second or third trip !!! and wine, beer, soft drinks and water all at self service areas throughout both restaurant's. Snack bar area for those that just want skip lunch times with burgers, salads, French fries and must recommend the chicken wings. Yummy. Entertainment every evening and bars to cater for everyone's choice of tipple. Pool is heated and plenty of sun beds around so no early morning dash to claim one. The whole complex is run so smoothly by a very hard working team of cleaners, reception staff, bar staff and pool attendants. This is a 3 star plus for me and thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will most surely be coming back. Finally I have left a final comment...please experience that beach. Awesome and pure golden sand beyond the eyes can see that leads to the bluest and clearest sea ..Take a dip and spoil yourself at this beautiful scenic location.

Everything, the evening entertainment not for me, but some people probably okay with it. Food is fine with ample choice. Choose this place for the location

Was booked in for 5th December, a group of five of us ,only to find out you are shutting down on 15th October , very disappointing ,your sister hotel along the way is great but unaffordable for us. Only wish I have known before and we could have booked in for early October. DEAR MANAGMENT: I WAS IN ROOM 4103 , ON MY EARLY DEPARTURE I LOOKED FOR THE DOOR KEY BUT COULD NOT LOCATE IT .IT MUST BE IN THE ROOM AS OBVIOUSLY I OPENED THE DOOR THE PREVIOUS NIGHT.HOPE YOU HAVE FOUND IT ,I HAD TO RUN TO GET THE BUS SO DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO REPORT IT AS I WAS IN PANIC MODE. I ASKED MY DAUGHTER TO REPORT IT AND SHE SENT YOU AN EMAIL I THINK ! .

Beach location, and the beach is very clean almost white sand. Good variety of food at all meals.

Of the three lifts sometimes 2 but most of the time only one was working. Annoyingly long waits or climbing 6 flights of stairs from restaurant.

The location was superb! Right next to an amazing beach.

My short holiday 😊

Staff were smiley, polite, very helpful and quick. Food was delicious! I loved mojo! :) Umbrella and sunbed were extra charge for only 6 Euros per person/9 Euros for 2 people. Beach was very clean and prices in the nearby reataurants were very reasonable. View from my balcony was great!

As many people mentioned in reviews: old room without any upgrades or modern style. Bahtroom were strangely huge without amenities or appropriate size of shelves to put personal hygiene stuff. There is only small space for toothbrush and toothpaste and that's it. Mind you, even though my room was clean; old looking furniture will still kinda make u feel like it is not clean. The biggest problem for me were cockroaches that were showing up in the evening next to the bar at the swimming pool (from the drainage spots). I know this it's pretty much impossible problem to be solved, however it can be triggering for people who are super affraid of roaches.

This was my second time here and I was in one of the chalets. Overall it was a very nice place to relax. The room was basic but had everything I needed as I only slept there. The shower was a good one. The restaurant was good with a huge range of food choices for every meal. The snack and drinks bars were also decent without being flashy. I didn't use the facilities during the day much as I was out and about a lot. There are car hire facilities on site and plenty of taxis. There is also a book loan shelf which I used. The staff were great and work soooo hard.

The fridge in my room was very noisy and woke me up frequently....so I unplugged it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and we couldn't be happier! Our room was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly suited our needs. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The food and drinks were top-notch, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The all-inclusive package made our stay completely hassle-free, and we appreciated the great value for money. We would highly recommend Riu to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!"
