The hotel was perfect. The location is a bit far from the sea but never mind because there is a great view of the sea from the room and from the pool also. Thanks for this distance ( 5 mins by car ) it was also very quiet . The breakfast was super and the staff is really great. Especially Antonio, Patricia and Juan from the Personal Bar, Carlos and Ana from the kitchen. Thank you very much!!! The staff at the front desk is also great, they helped us to organize our trips and made us a breakfast package on our last morning. Thank you very much again. Do yourself a favor and book your holiday here!

Great looking hotel, very impressed with the room, only stayed one night, but could see it would be a great place to stay for a longer.

The reception staff seemed very inexperienced. We booked a taxi and were 3 minutes late and the taxi left, we re-ordered three more times. The guys on reception were very un helpful and after waiting 55 minutes they told me the taxis were really busy. Strange then when a taxi eventually arrived and we came down the hill to the mortorway there were 5 taxis sitting at the taxi rank. Our driver informed me that he would have been with us in 2 minutes. so I have no idea whom reception were calling, but the obviously were not ringing the correct taxi company. we arrived one hour late for our dinner reservation

Apart from all the negatives is was quite a pleasant stay!

The fact that the upstairs bar was more often than not "closed" They opened a bar down stairs occasionally that was so basic and no atmosphere. No entertainment! No kettle, tea ,coffee in the room. No glass to have a drink of anything. Basic facilities non existent! No english TV. Parking was a nightmare ( No spaces )

The pool(which was lovely) needs to be cleaned round the sides, walls of pool filthy and brown as were the steps, which is a shame because size the actual pool size and shape is fabulous The breakfast was not great. Quality of food not very good. We ended up buying lovely fresh croissants from supermarket. Needs to be improved with better quality of bread and pastries and coffee and food in general.

A really nice hotel with a good gym and large rooms. The rooms are very large , with lots of space. Very nice bathroom and have a mini kitchen and living room making it good to chill. The spa is also very nice

The steam room was out of service, and the hotel does attract families. So if you want a more chilled/relaxed break, worth understanding this. The restaurant with the buffet wasn't the best. It isn't expensive but also not great. Hotel is a little out the way, so be prepared to have to travel to do anything

Easy check in. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, extra pillows, can relax on balcony on a night and see pool lights without the entertainment being problematic. Lovely staff everywhere. Fab pool and pool bar, just all round great value for money.

The kitchenette in rooms blocked up which is a shame although we did have a fridge. No option for dinner other than buffet which is hard with a toddler as can’t relax. However we bought food from Lidl close by and enjoyed one night on balcony. Was very relaxing.

We liked everything about this hotel! The room size was great, the hotel buffet was superbe in the evening and morning. The staff were spot on, bilingual to help my poor local language skills. The pool was diffenely, refreshing in size and shape with plenty of seating area in the shade and sun.

The only part of the stay we didn't like is we should have booked our stay a bit longer, and there was construction on the road adjacent to our bedroom, I would hope it will be completed the next time I come back.

Everything was great. We got superior apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and peaceful. It has bedroom, living room with table and chairs, bathroom and balcony. Bed was comfortable, there were 2 airconditioners in apartment. Bathroom was nice with all the necessary things, In the room there was coffee machine. Our balcony was big, had great view to the pool, it was so nice to sit there and enjoy. Hotel parking is chargable, but you can easy find free parking on streets near hotel. Buffet beakfast was awesome, one of best i ever saw, so many choices – few types of bread, cheese, lots of vegetable and fruit, all types of eggs (they even cook egg ommlete for you), pancakes, sweets, coffe machine, jam, butter, …so many different food that you can't even try all.

Room was hot when we came, they could turn on the air conditioners before the arrival of the guest

Professional, always helpful & friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze. Ana-Maria at the desk explained everything and answered all our queries. Unit is spacious with a confortable bed, a seperate lounge area, mini-fridge and coffee machine.Nice pool. Full breakfast. Parking. Air-conditioning.

I wish the DJ doesn't blast music suited for a discoteca from 4 to 6 pm. Too stressful & Oh SO LOUD for people around the pool, children, and those guests trying to rest in their units. I really do hope the hotel revisit that, please !!! Coffee machine doesn't raje the comercialy available pods. A kettle to make tea, would be great too.

This is a lovely hotel and great value for money for a family stay - great room setup (we had a family suite with 2 children on the trundler sofabed) with comfy beds, spacious bathroom and kitchen space. Lovely breakfast - very busy as you'd expect in peak summer season but there are multiple toast / drinks stations which helps. The pool area was busy but we found some shade and could sit in shade by the pool bar for a drink / icecream. Nice pool with a beach entry for the children. We only stayed 1 night as passing through on the way back to the airport. Other reviews have said that the hotel is a bit isolated - I agree you probably do need a car if you want to get anywhere as the shops / beach are a bit far to walk in the middle of summer but are only a very short drive away. But overall it's a great, clean, high quality mid range hotel which I'd stay at again :)

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm to checkin but we were happy to go and have a swim / drink / relax outside while we waited which wasn't too much of a problem. We were able to check out a little later than 12 as well and I assume you could continue to use the facilities and leave your bags in the lockup after checkout if needed.
