The Hotel is very nice, and all the staff works perfect and as expected for a 4 stars hotel, they are very friendly. It should be noted that the hotel have a good air conditioning, sea view, fridge with some free drinks included + another things.

- The only negative point is the overcrowding of guests in the common areas such as the dining room and pool. The management of the common areas is poorly organized because if you want to sit outside and sunbathe we were told that we had to get up at 5:00 am and place a towel to reserve a sun lounger and umbrella. So it seemed unfair to have to do that kind of maneuvering to make use of this benefit offered by the hotel. Also if you want a massage you must book it a day in advance.

The staff here are as other people have reviewed the prize of this hotel. They go above and beyond if you take notice. We liked the easy access to the beach, beautiful view from the (seaside) rooms, Children’s Club (staff) and choice of pool by the sea (sometimes windy and in the shade) or back side pool in full sun. Also, the food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious (especially breakfast) and the staff were attentive. The buffet had a large selection of food, good variation and a lot of dessert, as well as ice cream for the kids. We had All Inclusive Plus, highly recommended over All Enclusive. The perks are worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Elevators were slow, occupied or broken down a lot, several times in our 5 night stay. We got a good step workout often using the stairs. Parking spaces are very, very small. The hotel bar closed at 12:00. I believe one more hour would be nice, as entertainment ends around 11:00.

the deluxe room has a very small closet and there are very few hooks to hang clothes 1 out of 3 elevators was broken only 2 elevators for this many people is very annoying. the food was mostly cold the rooms could be cleaned better, floors and surfaces and also the drawers

Very nice rooms, new hotel facilities, delicious food and easygoing staff speaking also German, French. Location of the hotel is perfect to stay for the family or couple holidays, swim. the hotel has an ideal location for tourists who would like to take public buses to the airport or Palma as bus stop is 200 m away from the hotel.

Location was perfect, the hotel was spotless, rooms were small but lovely and clean. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and the entertainment was second to none. We opted all inclusive as they offered us a deal when we checked in and it was well worth it, food was lovely well worth it. There were two pools both with plenty of sun loungers and litterally a few steps to the beach. Would highly recommend

There wasn’t much we didn’t like, we asked to change rooms as we were on the ground floor and from past experiences in Spain and cockroaches the ground floor is a No No but they were so accommodating and moved us to a higher floor

Very clean facilities, we had an amazing sea view, you could literally walk down steps straight onto the most amazing cove/beach. There are three different pools with amazing bar and food options close to both areas. One more for kids and the other just off the beach! The entertainment was amazing and something on every morning afternoon and evening. We went all inclusive and the drinks and food were actually very good. Staff and entertainment people were incredible and extremely friendly.

Nothing related to the actual hotel but in order to get a taxi back to the airport it’s required to be booked 48hrs prior to date of departure. I think this should be included in the welcome brochure or email. As I know there is only one taxi group in this area and need to be booked in advance.

Very good variety of food and drink during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had an all inclusive package. We had a standard room with a sea view, which was a bonus. The room size was good, only down side was not enough storage space but it wasn't a major problem. Animation team offered a variety of activities throughout the day e.g. yoga or pool exercises. In the evening there was always a good entertainment programme - well attended by the guests.

The first impression - there is no greenery, trees, shrubs or grass in front of the hotel. The hotel will definitely do with some investment in that area. It would create a much nicer ambience for the guests, especially that one of the swiming pools is in front of the hotel with no natural screaning.There are a lot of sun beds for the guests, however there are definitely not enough parasols.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days, but actually now would choose a longer stay. Great experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, well maintained and with a balcony. There also was a fridge, a safe, very big tv, and a lot of hygiene items. The only item I would also prefer to have is a work desk. Overall I was very satisfied with the room. The service was also nice. The room was cleaned very well and people at the buffet , swimming pool and reception were nice. The location is great. Right next to the Cala with clean water. Also the bus station is close by. The food was great. The best I had in the hotels so far. I prefered the half board. Each day the menu somewhat varied so I didn't get bored of the same food. The food was delicious and fresh, a lot of seafood, beef, pork, cheese, fruits, also good drinks. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at the Barcelo Aquamarina and would come back to this hotel again

The only item I would also prefer to have is a work desk. But this is just my preference, not a thing I didn't like

The Staff and the location.

That the sun wasn’t around for long by the Adult pool. Was a little disappointed that we were offered any form of upgrade at check In. Also on our 2nd night we went down for dinner and once we sat down we wasn’t asked if we wanted any drinks (we knew we had to pay for them) Felt because we was HB that they weren’t too bothered about asking us and they just brought a bottle of water over and walked off.

I liked the location, the beach, the pools. Delicious food and a large selection of it. The staff at the reception is friendly and tried to help with everything.

I didn't like the room we stayed in, it was bad. First of all, it was a window overlooking the passage in front of the hotel and the 1st floor, terrible because you can't open the curtains and are constantly in the dark. The rooms themselves are also not wow, the renovation could be better and in general it is bad that the transparent door to the toilet, no intimacy, when you come as a couple it is not romantic. Another thing we didn't like is that they take additional deposits for everything: 10 € for a towel, 20 € for a parking key, the parking lot itself is also paid... As for the beach, normal sunbeds were constantly occupied, you only needed to take them at night.
