I’ve been to this hotel three times previously but not since 2010. It has been refurbished and the location is great - close to the beautiful cove with a lovely beach, yet within a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. The staff are fantastic, very helpful reception, great bar staff and efficient staff in the restaurant. One of the pools has been made an adults only area, so if you want that make sure you book the right package. Hotel is spotless and cleaning staff work hard to keep it that way. We booked a suite and enjoyed the extra space that gave us - a lounge area with a sofa, coffee table, tv and fridge. We were situated at the front of the hotel, which was quiet but could just about see the sea from our balcony. Great stay - wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Can’t think of much at all! We did use the air conditioning and did wonder how effective it would be in high summer. It was a vent system in our room, but maybe you would need air conditioning units to really combat the heat in July and August.

An hours drive from the airport. Amazing location with lots of bars and shops right round the corner. The beach is very small and not adequate for the size of the hotel. The pools are also small for peak season. There is not enough sun loungers. Other than that the place is gorgeous. The animation team are fantastic. The food was plentiful, although not amazing but there was always something to eat

Very good location, the hotel has 4 pools, 1 kids’ pool with slides and a paddling pool with slides. It is very close to the beach, lots of nice little shops and playgrounds nearby. Great place for families and couples alike. Great variety of food. Most of all, the staff are fantastic, all of them always smiling, very helpful and polite and the entertainers were excellent. Also it was my birthday during our stay (which I didn’t even mention) and they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room.

I loved the structure, the apartament, location is perfection, staff was lovely and helpful, great variety of food and drinks.

I think only the kids pool should have a heating on during some part of the year because the water was freezing in April and my daughter did not enjoy at all the pools. Of course the world does not spin around me and my family, but it would be a nice add! Also Lunch time could start at 12!

Aesthetic look of the common areas, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant beside obvious ‘British’ food offered some Spanish food and some healthy choices so it was a good mixture for various dietary needs. The sun beds around the main pool and ‘Micky Mouse’ pool were very comfortable. The maintenance team promptly resolved the problems in our room.

It would be nice if there was an internal bar, on the upper level somewhere next to the reception and the lovely seating area. Only one bar facing the main pool and a little bit of the lower, less elegant sitting area, did not feel enough

Hands down the best value for money hotel I've been to. The staff, the cleanliness, premium drinks, good quality food were all above my expectations. I'm not one to write reviews but these guys deserve it.

Only point is some of the meat in the buffet wasn't thoroughly cooked through but that got rectified straight away and took the whole lot back to check. As I said, really quality procedures.

Room was great, modern with huge sun terrace. Facilities we didn't really use as we had the terrace to ourselves. I think the hotel is well set up for families, although we were on our own, they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Also not far from the centre of Cala d'or - walkable within 15 minutes although some shops and restaurants only a 2-3 minute walk if you didn't want all the shops. Had some great lunches/dinners out.

Despite being able to see the beach from our balcony, we couldn't get to it except by a huge detour - there was no direct access. Food could have been a bit more adventurous - the chefs need to take a trip here to the UK to understand that Brits DO like spicy food, with garlic. The Mexican and Indian themed nights I am sure had no chilli in sight and no garlic. Also, no real Spanish food - why not - it's great! I think their view of Brits is that all we eat is bland food - which is a bit old-fashioned! Finally - for some reason hot drinks machines and fruit juice dispensers in the restaurant were only switched on at breakfast - at other meals, you couldn't get either which was a bit strange. First time anywhere we have experienced that.

Our first experience of All inclusive here was excellent. For a family of three this was the perfect accommodation and location, with direct access to our favourite beach and a short stroll to town. We usually hire a villa locally with family so we weren’t sure what to expect. From checking in to entering our junior suite we were immediately impressed. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional and the suite was spotless and spacious with a large balcony, TV, safe, small kitchen area with hob, fridge freezer and microwave. The bathroom also had a decent hairdryer and plenty of towels shower gel and shampoo. Beach towels were also available for a small deposit. Our balcony was facing the pool which was great for watching the evening entertainment and the room was soundproof that we couldn’t hear a thing once the windows were closed. The pool areas of which there are three were all lovely and spotlessly clean with plenty of sun lounges and parasols always available. There were plenty of activities for all the family in and around Pool and the evening entertainment was fantastic. Our All inclusive package included everything we could want, All branded drinks, ice lollies, ice cream and food available all day in the restaurant or snack bar. The food was good and as you’d expect for a four star hotel offering everything from pizza, pasta & salads etc daily and varying specialty international food each evening. We had some amazing food Asian, Mallorcan, American, Indian and European cuisine during our 5 nights stay. We feel like we’ve been away much longer as we’ve not had to lift a finger during our stay and we and even our 14 yr old had a wonderful time :) & we will certainly look to stay again if visiting Mallorca.
