Location. The views. Breakfast Buffett had great choices

I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star, I think the 5th star is purely down to location and views. The hallways and skirting boards were shabby, chipped and looked very tired looking. We had several problems with cleaning and replenishing of fresh bottles of water almost every second day, constantly having to go down to reception or case a cleaner on the hallway. Constantly not topping. Up the milk in our tea/coffee station in our room. Little things like that. Some of bathroom hand towels were clean but shabby, one had a small hole in it.

Almost everything. The location by the beach is priceless. The rooms, while on the small side, are new, clean and comfortable. The service is impeccable, everyone is very courteous and helfpful. The food options are immense with 3 distinct restaurants with many alternatives. Overall just an amazing family holiday in a great hotel in a great location in the beautiful island of Menorca

Nothing major: the gym was too small for such a big hotel and got crowded in the mornings. They do have an outdoor facility which we didnt use but the hotel would benefit from a bigger gym for guests who like to exercise while on holidays. Also the elevators sometimes were slow and it took a while to get from one floor to the other. We ended up using the stairs quite a bit although hard with young kids.

Staff were excellent apart from one at reception who made false excuses for lack of internet which a manager was able to immediately sort out. Location is terrific Breakfasts very good but the cereal area is cramped and the hot eggs section is slow

This is not a 5 star quality hotel The rooms are on the small side , there are no luxuries, the soaps are not the usual Ritual scents and the bed was hard and lacked comfort

The hotel is in a superb location. We had a wonderful panoramic view from our balcony. There is a light and airy feel to the whole hotel. Decor is modern and very tasteful . Every member of the staff was welcoming and eager to help.

The access to the beach from the ground floor of the hotel was quite steep. This might be difficult for some guests and we saw no evidence of a lift. We didn't find the buffet dinner in the main restaurant very appetizing, but there was a wide choice.

Perfect Stay, very good location, very friendly staff especially Lorena on the reception, was really helpful in giving recommendations for food and beaches Breakfast was really good with lots of options Amazing beach and swimming pool was really good and clean

Had issues with air conditioning in my room in 2 hot days, cannot say it got really fixed as I was told the problem is general among the 5th floor which I was in Parking is paid so had to park outside the hotel

Location spectacular Breakfast and evening meal was good Staff were very friendly and helpful The restaurant balcony was fantastic

More electric sockets in the room Room was on the small side for a “premium room” Shower screen didn’t keep water contained in the tray Car park was too expensive Jacuzzi was filthy

Stunning room and excellent breakfast. Lovely location. Staff were exceptional - particularly grateful for a lovely kids' club. We came at the end of the season which was perfect for us as it meant the hotel was quiet - not sure how it would be when the hotel is fully open.

The swimming pool is freezing - again, it was October, so probably easier to cope with in the summer. (We've bought kids' wetsuits for next time). Although we loved The Level and the variety of complimentary snacks and tapas, it would have been helpful to have had labelled dishes so it was clear what contained meat / fish.

Location, the beach, sea, service

For the price that you pay for the room it is not acceptable to charge extra for the infinity pool and to ban the entrance for the kids. If you want to have adults only it is possible, but if you are not adults only you cant restrict open pools for kids or charge it extra after the price already paif for the stay

Loved the hotel overall, it was my second visit and I’m sure I will stay again. Breakfast was great, although as the week went on, I saw more flies hovering around the breakfast food on display, and I’m sure something could be done about that.

The swimming pool is fab - I loved the waterfalls and the sound they make, but the pool is not very accessible with only steep ladders to get in and out. Would be better if one end could be made to have shallow steps to improve accessibility.

The hotel has a great location with views over the bay, to be admired from the room with a sea side view, the breakfast place or the restaurant. Receptionists were really friendly ( thx for the upgrade) and gave great advise on things to do and watch out for.

Capa nap restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and waiters are unfriendly relying on the view to sell their value. Recommend that you go to town to Cala Mitjana. You might not have the view.but a great experience / atmosphere and fab food.
