The over all stay was very nice, the staff was very nice and the facilities also. Great fitness centre. The location is a bit out of the way for walking distance but easy access via taxi

The one thing I really didn’t enjoy and affected my sleep was the slamming door noise you get from the rooms. The room doors are heavy and people kept slamming them coming in and out. They will keep you up even with earplugs! So this the hotel should really improve as it’s a big issue if you come to relax. I wouldn’t come back here just for this reason. After all people come on holiday to relax and sleep

The hotel was great, really big with lots of facilities and food options. Breakfast had a great variety and prosecco. They upgraded our room for our anniversary and gifted us a bottle of cava. There was lots of interesting art to see as well.

There were quite a few extras given the price of the hotel. You had to reserve pay for sun beds at the infinity pool. They were 150 euros for the day which was unexpected. You also had to book to use the spa pool in advance and pay 35 euros to use the parts with jets. There was another pool where things were included this was just a surprise as the pictures suggest you have a choice of pools. It was also quite confusing figuring out where everything was.

The chairs on the balcony extremely uncomfortable. The sunbeds on level 2 offer no shade and uncomfortable, only for lying down flat. Not enough sunbeds around the pool area in the sports area. Had to ask several times to replenish coffee with the housekeeper.

The room was nice, the med pool area was very beautiful, great restaurants.

We were under the impression that the spa indoor pool was available, that's the reason we chose this hotel. However when we got there there was an additional 36 euros/person required for 1.5h for using that pool. They did have a gym pool available for free, but that one was for laps not for relaxation. There is a lot of construction in the area so the views from the room were not super.

Spa & sports facilities were excellent, ate in the Mediterranean restaurant & the Bistro both were very good. Went as a trio & stayed in a one bed suite plenty of room. The infinity pool on the top is absolutely amazing & chargeable didn’t use it but had a couple of cocktails up there one evening. Staff are very friendly throughout the hotel

Nothing not to like, hotel has everything, it’s in a very residential area thou with no other restaurants/shops around

+ excellent breakfest + excellent sport facilities, spectacular gym +panoramic suite was spacious and cozy + cleaning = very good + helpful and friendly staff + parking was easy

- lack of general information. Usual hotel details like timetables, Wi-Fi, SPA wasn’t informed spontaniously. - some parts of suite had seen better days. ( remotes didn’t work or were fixed by tape, safety deposit battery was low and changed after three inquires)

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so polite , the food was lovley , we chilled around the pool downstairs alot there was a staff member italio I think his name was , he was so lovley I hope he's recognised for his helpfulness and polite manner.

The fact charges was ontop to use other facilities , I believe when you stay at a hotel all services & pools should be inclusive the extra should be food & drink and such things as spa treatments but access to all facilities should be free I'm mainly talking about the infinity pool and beach club there should be no extra charge if you are staying at the hotel.

The Hotel is very modern and very clean and presentable and has amazing pools and also DJ playing music during the day and club music and was very cool. The rooms are bright and with a balcony, A/C, and comfortable beds. The service is very good and they are always attentive at the desk and willing to help. I like the hotel and for 5 stars it shows its class and has a very good bar and tfood was good too. If you have a rental car you an get free parking outside and below in the hotel car parking

Finding it was a little hard at first but found it eventually as it's up a steep hill. The hotel is very modern still and the rooms have a sink basin in the room behind the wall and the bath and then a separate shower and toilet behind a once-piece sliding door. I would say privacy is not like a locked door as when having a shower there is no door for the toilet. I was staying one night it did not bother me. The corridors are door numbers are hard to see as very neutral

We were part of the Leiro experience. We had a beautiful suite on the 7th floor with a humongous bed. We were guided through the suite experiences and extra's. Welcomed with a glass of Cava, valet parking and guided to the room. Included in the package was a visit on the top floor infinity pool. When we came back in the room there was a whole set put ready for us, with a complimentary bottle of Cava and Gin-Tonic. In the morning we had the special breakfast on the top floor. This was wonderful and quiet and possible because we had the Leiro upgrade. The hotel facilities are worth 5 star+ and all the staff was very friendly. You really feel that you are away from home and in a special place. Just great!

Nothing can come to mind. It's was all great.

- We were given a free upgrade to the suite room which was fantastic, alongside some other nice perks including a spa visit. Roman and the other staff were excellent at making the experience feel truly special. - The 2 pools were great and had plenty of comfortable and stylish loungers around them. - The hotel was not overbooked meaning it was peaceful and felt exclusive. - The hotel decor was very stylish and modern, it was a unique experience. - The room was very well equipped, great shower, mirror lighting, bathtub, great view as the hotel is on higher ground. - The breakfast was phenomenal, we had the infinity pool breakfast and it was the best we’d ever had in a hotel.

- The infinity pool comes at an additional €120 euros, 60 of which becomes bar tab. We understand it’s a 5 star hotel and that parts of it are exclusive, but we didn’t know this booking in and it did come as a disappointment to us to find this out. That said the other 2 pools were more than nice enough for our needs.
