Great location!! Buffet breakfast is lots of options, delicious breakfast! Has gluten free options if you ask. The view of the pool is amazing!! The cleaning lady on my floor was always polite and my room was cleaned every day. I stayed on the 16th floor. The hotel is pretty clean. All the girls from the reception are really nice and polites!! The girl of breakfast buffet which makes the omelet is very nice and always smiling. Thank you for the delicious omelet we had during our stay by you. I can’t remember her name. The young breakfast waiter guy is also very nice. The girl from the bar downstairs in front of the reception is really polite and lovely too!!

I just think that some of the staff, not all, could be more polite when trying to explain some customer questions or simply be more friendly.. The sky bar very pricey drinks. I missed some facilities like kettle in the room with teas and coffee, if you want them, you have to rent them and paying per day. And if you want beds in the pool, you have to go 10:30 am to try to get them. Otherwise, no beds left.

The Hotel is in a great location just across the road from the beach, near the old town and the marina. Lots of shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Easy to pull in with your car and unload your bags in front of the hotel. Lots of secure parking nearby although this was expensive. The receptionist was very welcoming. Spoke good English and explained everything to us. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the sea and marina from our balcony. Our room had a fridge in it. Breakfast was fairly good. Something for everyone and the dining room was bright and pleasant with good views. Staff also efficient and pleasant here. The Sky Bar looked really lovely with fabulous views but unfortunately it was cool and windy when we visited so we didn’t stay for a drink. Had the weather been better we would have really enjoyed sitting there. Only 1 lift was not working and being repaired during our 2 night stay and we did not find this to be a problem .

The area outside our room on the third floor looked drab and tired and the carpet needed replacing. Our balcony also needed repainting. The shower/toilet area was very compact and shower tray needed resealing . It was a good powerful shower though.

Great location, Clean. Security (taking room numbers when entering pool area). No reserving of sunbeds so those waiting had a better chance of using pool area which is not large in comparison to hotel. Staff do enforce rules in pool area but with good reason. Pool bar service very good. Any minor issues were resolved quickly.

24hr reception was un-manned resulting in 40 min delay for my daughter checking in during the early hours of morning. So keep them informed of your arrival times if your flight gets delayed. Management and security were apologetic and advised you should be able to checkin at any time and staff were on a break Note, property also allows dogs but I'm a dog lover but could see not everyone is. Stayed a couple of times now so aware that 'some' rooms don't have the best of views from the balcony so we paid for a sea view.

Excellent location right opposite the beach & restaurants.

Did not like the bathroom being in the bedroom. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the shower cubicle. The cleaner didn't turn up one day to clean the room when we asked her to come back in 10 minutes so we could get out for her. We tried on numerous occassions to use the pool on the roof. It was packed up there so we were denied access twice even though we were staying at the hotel. We could not use this facility which was a shame as it looked lovely. We tried to go up there for a drink in the early evening but was also denied access.

Loved this hotel great location, reception staff really helpful and an excellent example of a 3* Hotel ...beds super comfy room compacted but well thought out, it actually felt much bigger then it was ....paid for a see veiw and got a lovely one on the 3rd floor . The swimming pool was stunning.....always got a chair table or sun bed daily...bar man Kissko was an absolute diamond, definitely doing the job of two people . Great rule of no bare skin on the nice sofas , so in the evening for the live music and bar ,there is no risk of ruining your nice clothes... Location beside the main lane for beautiful restaurants And if you like seafood pizza with home made chilli oil The Grapper.....5 mins for hotel

Room was basic but clean and had fridge, hairdryer and Aircon, we were right by the lift which initially worried me, but no sound transferred into room that we noticed, lovely sea view from balcony. Fantastic central location.

Pool area badly managed in day, bar seats are not allowed to be used if wearing swimwear but loads remained empty, they'll provide an upright uncomfortable chair in that area, but not suitable for sunbathing/relaxing - meanwhile people were leaving because they couldn't get a sunbed... You'd make more money on bar food and drinks if whole area was sunbeds, we decamped to the beach instead, lovely comfy sunbeds, reasonably priced for long day rental and snack bar and toilets close by. Such a shame as pool area is lovely.
