Small room, but very clean and nicely laid out and furnished with everything necessary. The bathroom has a bidet shower, which is a nice touch! Decent breakfast at a reasonable price.

The ventilation in the bathroom was lacking, took a long time to dry out after a shower and there was a slight mouldy smell.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Hondarraibia, though still not far to walk to the centre and the beach. Staff are super helpful, and the room lacked nothing by way of convenience, comfort and decor.

While the hotel is only a few metres from the lovely estuary, it does not have a view of the water, although it does have an excellent perspective on the historic old town.

Super friendly staff, I got a bigger room for free due to availability. They borrowed me an umbrella to get around the city. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, location walking distance from the center and 15min walk from the airport

You need to turn on the water for a long time to get hot water, and it made me feel a bit bad to waste so much. The isolation of the rooms is not the best, but it didn’t bother me as there were not many guests at that time.

Breakfast excellent (fresh orange juice). Located near the old town. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Two connected rooms with own bathroom (ideal for families).

Distance to the beach (more than 30 minutes walk). Expensive. For info: near by local airport. However only a few flights a day, and none at night and therefore hardly nuisance.

The location was perfect for us. 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Irun and San Sebastián and 10 minute walk to either the old town (lift) or the newer part of town. Both great to visit.

I have nothing negative to complain about.

We had connected rooms, which was a wonderful surprise! And both rooms large and very comfortable. Good location close to the spectacular elevator to the old town (which itself is a Disneyland-like miracle).

Relatively costly for being far from the beach/port area.

Restaurant was closed so ate at bar area which wasn't really set up for dining. They could set it up better for dining, especially when the restaurant is closed. Should've gone into town but it was pouring outside.

Parking available as one of us has mobility issues. Nice location and excellent, helpful staff. Very interesting historical city

Great location, nice breakfast with delicious fresh orange juice, large rooms with comfy beds with AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay great
