The location was pretty close to the older part of town. They have available parking for an extra fee that must be reserved. The front desk staff was great. Very patient with explanations for how to get to the parking garage. Room was pretty good for budget accomodations. Shower was nice. Beds were adequate. Pretty decent if you are paying budget rates.

Layout of the hotel was a bit choppy with stairs after the elevator where you need to lift your luggage - a ramp would be good. Lots of hallway noise from other travelers and cleaning staff. Decor could use an update.

Lovely room. The hotel was in a good location for walking to the city centre and the train stations. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything....the room, the view, the staff, the breakfast. I was only there one night, passing through on the Camino. I loved my stay!

I couldn't fault this hotel. They think of everything to make your stay comfortable at an incredibly reasonable price. Location is great really convenient for the bus station and centre of city. The bed was the best and they get the pillows just right which I never get because they have both fat and thin for you to chose. It's prestinely clean and fair play with the kettle as this isn't a Spanish thing at all in hotels and shouldn't be an expectation when we are here. The tortilla in the restaurant is the best I've ever had!!

The breakfast but having said that you opt in or out and there's plenty around the hotel to choose from. Otherwise this restaurant/cafe is a lovely addition to the hotel serving gorgeous coffees, wines, snacks and food during the day and a fab place to chill for guests.

Due to refurbishments in the hotel there were no breakfaséts but in and around the area we're lots of places to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff made several recommendations and I followed up on authentic Galicean which was superb. The location is also ideal for both rail stations, VIGO GUIXAR and VIGO UGZAI which is the city tobus/coach terminal. I had a room on the first floor at the front facing the and I have to say the double glazing was so good that I never heard any traffic at all in my 3-night stay. I will definitely recommend the hotel and Vigo itself to anyone and the airport bus A drops off very near to the posh new multi-modal station VIGO URZAI

Faultless independently run family hotel - and it shows

The location is excellent. 👌 The room (304) was super clean. The bed and pillow comfortable and smelled really good. The washroom was modern and the lighting excellent - had everything needed. The shower was from the ceiling and had body, shampoo and conditioner gel - you would think you were in a 5 star hotel. The room even had a nice desk next to the big window if you wanted to work on laptop. The curtain and blackouts super. Also, it had many electrical sockets where you need them, a spacious closet for belongings, many hooks to hang towels, bags, clothes and a foldable structure on which to place luggage. All at a very affordable price. Highly recommend - and I travel an awful lot.

Well, breakfast wasn't available because the facilities were under renovation. Maybe some other day.

Easy walking distance to and from Vigo railway station. Close to Vigo old town and its sea food restaurants. Pleasant and helpful staff. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to drop our bags and have a breather. Clean and spacious room and comfortable bed. We asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel which they were happy to give us.

Hotel is being refurbished at the moment so there were only basic provisions for breakfast. We had an early start though, so not a real problem to us. We could get a cup of coffee before we left.

Hotel Atlantic is a very good 2 star hotel, with a very helpful & friendly stuff - and just a few minutes from the railway- and central bus station. The rooms were well heated and cosy. We were allowed to check-in a few hours earlier. And it wasn t any problem to store the luggage for a couple of hours after our check-out. Helpful was also the possibility for a delayed checkout at 14:00 for just 20 Euros more. In a way the Hotel Atlantic turned out to be like Vigo - worth a visit!

Everything was great & ok - no complaints at all

Brais the manager was so kind when I left something behind and organised it for me to be at next hotel. I was starting the camino from here and it was perfect. You can get your camino passport at church across the road and then head down towards the water....minutes away to see your first camino marker. Hotel was great and even had a kettle and fridge. Will definitely stay here next time

The Staff was amazing with us. The location is perfect for watching the Xmas lights. The rooms are big and comfortable, with amazing beds. Clean and well kept. We were surprised by the overall feel of the hotel.

We stayed in 703, it was a bit annoying the sound of the elevator machine on the top floor. TVs are small, we are used to bigger TVs from AirBnBs, but not an issue. Other than that, it was perfect for us, and we surely want to come back for 2025.
