The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The closet was also big, with two extra sets of heavy blankets. The location is good, right next to bus and train stations, a shopping mall and lots of restaurants. The staff was helpful, and even let us check in a little earlier. Overall it's good value for your money.

The balcony of my room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. A mini fridge in the room would also have been great. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, and you are better off getting it somewhere else, unless you really need to fill up for the Camiño de Santiago.

The staff at this hotel are extraordinarily kind and helpful! They will go out of their way to make sure your stay with them meets all your expectations. The room I had was larger than I have had elsewhere, with a little nook with a desk which was perfect to write my blog. Another luxury: a bathtub! The windows are very large, with a Juliette-type balcony, giving off the main road. All in all, it was a really lovely stay!

Fantastic small hotel that is excellent value for money. Very well located for shopping, eating, & the Old Town. 2 minutes walk from Bus & Train Station. Helpful, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was fine & coffee was excellent. It was well beyond my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

I'm actually surprised this was a 2-star hotel. The room was attractive, clean, comfortable, and located about a block from the bus station. The staff was friendly and able to answer our questions in English. It was an easy walk to our starting point on our Camino pilgrimage. Definitely would recommend to Camino de Santiago peregrinos.

No serious complaints. The breakfast was okay -- I think other choices could have been made for the same modest cash outlay.

Beds were so comfy and we slept very well after the Camino. Reception staff were so kind in providing access to the microwave for heating gel pads for my injury. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which wasn’t good, no freshly cut fruit on one day, coffee machine had a mind of its own and the bread was like cardboard, all commercial products which was a pity. The cooked part looked it was so dried out and inedible. Do a better breakfast and the hotel would be great.

Great location for us train travellers, close to the main train station in Vigo. Comfy beds, friendly and effective checkin. And lovely balcony!

To have the work desk covered with glass, is not really that great, in this age of Apple Magic Mouses. But of course that's a minor problem. Also at my age I prefer a more standard shower in the bathroom, not to have to step in and out of a bathtub. At 81 (my age) bathtubs are sometimes a challenge. Went ok, this time!

Great location, very comfortable rooms and clean bathroom. The lady working at the reception was very kind and supportive in giving some local recommendations! Very nice place to stay in Vigo.

The breakfast was good, but a bit limited.

It was well located and the staff were helpful.

The bathroom fan stayed on the entire time unless we cut the electricity to the room by removing our keycard. At night we could not charge our phones because the sound of the fan was so loud we had no choice but to cut the electricity. Our window opened into an air shaft which had a constant lout drilling noise. Also (this is very small) but there were no towels at all when we checked in, and we had to request them from the front desk.

The hotel room is very good and very clean, the beds are amazing as well.

Location was great. Very close to bus station and very central and quiet. Sleep was good and the room has small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good for 8 euros. I was glad not having to go to other cafes. The luggage transfer was easy to this hotel.

Cleaning can be better. I found some hairs on the bathroom wall. Bed was full size and a little small for 2 people. I saw many Camino people and the breakfast area got very crowded in short time.
