Absolutely delighted with this hotel. I looked at many options before settling on this hotel as it was the first time travelling as an all ladies group. I was concerned the family room maybe too small for four guests, however it was spacious, clean. and had ample sleeping space with super comfy beds. Cleanliness was immaculate and the choice at breakfast very good with something for everyone. Staff were very helpful and kind at all times and helped us with arranging our sight seeing and navigation. The hotel is in the centre of Granada and in walking distance of lots of sights and restaurants.

Staff very friendly & helpful, with the welcome and also plotting out some areas to visit on a map. Rooms were very clean and all 4 people in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were ! It was very hot and the aircon worked very well. Great location - 10min stroll into the centre. Great bonus to have parking on the premises (in the basement)

Only having complimentary tea/ coffee on the first night (stayed two nights) - that needs to change. There was a polite disclaimer noting you would have to pay after the first night, but rather just factor it into the room rate - surely it's not going to push the rate up that much. Or let people elect it as an option when booking (to stop those who don't want it from whining about it being included in the rate)

Excellent stay. Walking distance to the city centre whilst in a more quiet area. The hotel is very modern. Well looked after. Everything was very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. All very tasty and delicious. Staff were super attentive and after a couple of days they already knew us and looked very well after us. I would definitely come back in another visit to Granada!

If you arrive by car, please note that street parking is difficult in this part of the city. I would recommend booking the hotel car park if you prefer the convenience.

The staff was really friendly, the room was really spacious, as was the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt the pillows were a bit soft to my taste, but the beds were very big and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but with enough options for a good meal to set you for the day. Very tasty. It was also very close to the city centre. We had a car that stayed in te payed hotel's parking, and we walked everywhere.

There is nothing bad to say about our stay. Would recommend to others.

Perfect double beds in the family room. We loved it! The room was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning. The hotel has underground parking for extra payment. What is really comfortable is that you don't need to search for parking in busy Granada. The hotel is located really close to the city centre, in distance appox some 15 - 20 min nice walk

The family room has no window view - the window is on the side of the small inside yard.

Breakfast was varied, yummy, and the breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. On Saturday, the guy in charge of breakfast offered everyone freshly made churros when arriving into the breakfast room. The reception staff were so so helpful and recommended veggie restaurants for me. Check in and check out were super quick and easy. Restaurant downstairs was handy. I arrived late in the day and feeling tired, so was convenient for a quick easy dinner.

Not many (only one) vegetarian option at the restaurant (grilled avocado).

It was nice that the hotel had its own parking (19 euros per day). A parking spot is reserved for you, your license plate is registered, and you can enter and exit freely as you wish. It is located in the city center. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We didn’t have breakfast because it was too expensive (15 euros). Our room faced the inner courtyard- that was the only downside.

Pleasant room, very clean, good choice at breakfast buffet, good location. Car parking underneath which was very convenient. Staff all very good, special mention for the older guy at breakfast, one of the best, most efficient and friendly waiting staff we came across in our 10 day trip across Spain.

Car parking a bit expensive €19 per night

Spacious and quiet room very close to the metro station. Huge bed and super comfortable. Very good breakfast with many healthy and local options. Close to some cafes and restaurants.

The air conditioner didn’t cool very well, but opening the windows was fine and there was basically no noise coming from the outside since our room was facing the inner courtyard.

Great location, friendly staff and efficient check in. The bed in the room was huge, with a comfortable mattress.

Although the bed was big and comfortable, the starched sheets had a very bad effect on my husband’s skin. He was itching and scratching from the first night. Maybe a different non biological cleaning product on sheets would be a good idea.
