We didn't include breakfast in our booking. A receptionist called Julia helped us a lot with places and locations . She even helped us with comfort options during our stay. In the end we even became friends.

The bed wasn't very comfy and woke up with a bad back nearly every morning. The tv was nearly all Spanish channels which is a problem in a hotel full of tourists who doesn't know Spanish!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with kids! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The beds were super cozy, ensuring a restful sleep, and the entire place was spotless, which added to the comfort. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The parking was a disaster. Paid 50zloty for it.

Good beds and helpful staff. The AC made the room a little cold and in the summer there was only thin sheets. When we asked the staff if we could get a thicker blanket the staff was accommodating. All and all a good hotel for the price.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The view from the window was not the best as we looked into a corridor and a wall. But it was fine because we did not go to the hotel for the view. The cleaning in the bathroom was a little so and so during our stay because there was hair on the floors (from us, but it was not removed when they cleaned the room during our stay and they did not swich out used mugs every time)

Spacious room and bathroom! A huge bed with multiple pillows, a kettle in the room, and an optional breakfast. Also, there are many services available, such as laundry, additional hygiene items upon request, a mini-bar, and a special marker that signals when the sheets should be changed. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn't have the chance to enjoy all the amenities fully, but the excellent level of service in this hotel cannot go unnoticed.

We couldn't figure out how to open the window, and we couldn't switch the TV on. We didn't bother to ask since it just wasn't such a big deal, and this did not affect our great impression of the stay.

Very spacious room; king-sized bed; air conditioning; friendly staff; really nice shower. There are lots of great, local restaurants and shops in the area, with what appears to be more locals than tourists. It should be noted that this hotel is a bit out of the way, but is maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. That said, it is close to both Barcelona-Sants station as well as the airport.

Our minibar wasn’t working, so we had no way to chill drinks. When we first arrived in our room the stopper in the sink was stuck on and we had to “unstick” it.

It is a nice hotel, the room is okay, the beds are very comfortable—and quite a few restaurants in the area. You can reach the city center both by subway and public transportation. 2 subway stations can take you downtown.

The bathrooms don't provide much privacy. They have frosted glass walls that don't isolate well. You can hear any noise from the bathroom.

Julia was very helpful in advising us as to how to get to Barcelona's tourist attractions

Air condition wasn't working on the last day. Julia gave us a fan which we used instead

Very good breakfast, big room & bathroom. Reception open 24/7, friendly people. The hotel is close to public transportation (under & ground transportation), located in a quiet area. There are a lot of places to eat in vicinity (walking distance - some right in front of it).

The room was very clean, the only problem was with the toiletries, the chosen solution is not the best, it was constantly falling. But this is something really not important, is just something to be improved.

Beds were of superior quality and also air conditioning was quite comfy. This greatly allowed us to relax and rejuvenate after coming from a tiring trips around the city

Santa Eulalia station is a good 10 mins walk from the hotel. That was the only hassle while going in and out of the hotel. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Slow check in process. Also, my friends had an issue in their room, the ceiling came off due to the wind, and the hotel staff never sorted this out (they were asked to put the fallen piece away until the end of their stay).
