It was very close to the beach, had air con and a bath, it was clean, comfortable. There was an outdoor pool, which is not advertised, so bring some swim wear. It was in a very beautiful part (ibiza town) of Ibiza

There is a particularly sour faced ginger staff member, we checked I'm and was given a room number and told to go round the corner and we had to work out the floor number, location etc. Rest of the staff were amazing. The location had sea view, but it was behind buildings, so not beach view. I think this was misleading but wasn't incorrect hence the 10 star review We have advertised daily housekeeping but trying to get this was impossible, I did ask daily

Beautiful views, great location ,everything was within walking distance castle,marina,shops the beach was a five minute walk away and the promenade was always busy plenty of choice of restaurants to eat or just for coffee ,went self catering ,and bought from supermarkets all within walking distance from the appartment

Moved to panoramic on Tuesday night and there was no kettle television did not work but I had plenty to do so I did not mind no television but used a pan to boil water for drinks so no hardship I suppose

The apartment within the hotel was perfect for my stay. The room was spacious, bathroom clean and complex had a pool and sun loungers which was great for the sunny days. Close to the old town (walking distance) lots of cafes and beautiful beach close by. Would definitely say excellent value for money and I would stay here again when coming to Ibiza! Beautiful hill close by for watching the sunrise.

The rooms are kept maintained, freshly painted. Cleaning every day at desired time according to "don't disturb/please make up" tag even after 2pm. Nice and well maintained pool area.

Rooms equipment is basic and quite old (though everything is working), bottom of bathroom door was apparently swollen. Sometimes towels were too old, with stains, and once with holes. Ventilation is poor (don't mix with in-room air conditioning which works very well) - if neighbors are smoking and smoke goes to your room through open window it takes a lot of time to ventilate. Soundproofing also leaves much to be desired - night talks in adjacent rooms can disturb sleep.

Good location, 10 minute walk into the old town, local shops with hot food very close and close the beachfront with lovely restaurants and bars. Fridge, microwave and hob in the room and shower over bath, lots of counter space at the bathroom sink. Staff were lovely and call taxis etc

No extractor fan in the bathroom, or window so it got very damp, and not a massive amount of storage of plugs

Great location, it was close to the airport. We were able to get an airport and get there without a problem. The process to get the keys was straightforward. Our room had a balcony and view of the sea which was a great site to wake up to. The swimming pool was big and enjoyable. The breakfast was really a highlight for us. The variety was great and of good quality. Would recommend this hotel.

The security at the reception while checking in was a bit rude. He could have been more polite.

Beds were solid and bit uncomfortable. Using the hotel parking is fine, but awkward to park as there are many concrete pillars.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great (and great for vegan options!), cleaning and replacement of bath towels was great and availability of water bottles was precious!

The layout of the toilet was quite original, just in front of the sink, and also the condition of the cutlery could be improved

24 hour reception. Good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Bar and bites served to your chair. Music playing all day. Location a perfect middle between Old Town and Playa D'En Bossa - 10 minute walk either direction. Beautiful sea views from front facing apartments.

I was told on arrival they would provide the room with a kettle, so I spent 20€ on east quick food such as pot noodles and they ended up going to waste because I asked the staff at main reception numerous times for a kettle and they told me they wasn’t any available. So the food ended up going to waste
