Great location. Excellent staff. Nice pool area. Top quality breakfast (with lots of options). Really nice vibe for families, couples, or groups of friends.

On the final day I was relaxing by the pool and went to sit in the bar area to get some shade. I had a bottle of Coke Zero with me and a bar manager came over and told me I couldn’t have it. I needed to order from the bar. Seemed very unnecessary to me considering how much money I’d spent at the hotel to that point. I just went along with it and didn’t cause a fuss but it did irk me a bit.

The location was great ( quiet part of Playa Den Bossa and only 30 minutes walk to old town). Hotel was really clean and hotel staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Joan and Dario for looking after us. We had a sea view room - which was absolutely amazing! Pool area is great and beautiful (with exceptional sea views) - always plenty of beds.

Pretty noisy - room doors are very loud and you can hear people in corridors at all hours. Pool bar cocktails need a little bit of work and care - expensive and very average.

We were not one bit disappointed with our 3 night stay here to commence our week’s stay in Ibiza. The hotel was immaculate, good selection at breakfast and good quality, great room which was comfy and had the perfect view (we had requested way ahead of time a seaview on a higher floor). It’s a great location situated not too far from ibiza town. We actually got the bus from the airport into the town then walked approx 30mins to the hotel stopping along the way to enjoy a beer and sights. We had a massage and a man’s pedi in the spa which was a great way to start the holiday, the spa staff so lovely. Poolside was a great vibe, located overlooking the sea and with some great live music (singers, DJ, guitar player depending on the day). The pool bar had a great selection - though make sure your pitchers isn’t filled to the top with ice when ordering the sangria. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

Perfect location for the bars, restaurants and beaches. 15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel was spotless and the food at the pool bar was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Would recommend the sea view rooms, woke up to the beautiful view everyday.

Where we sat at the pool area under the sun beds was a bit dirty. Also very noisy guests coming in from partying early hours of the morning slamming doors and talking very loudly in the corridors

Nice location and pool. The hotel is beachfront but I am not sure you can swim there as there are rocks from one side and a small port from the other. The staff was very kind and tried to be helpful. Nice gym, good breakfast. The hotel seems quite new and has very nice facilities.

If you book directly from hotel's site you have free spa access. We booked via booking.com as we were not aware of that, and it costs us 18€ per person per entrance!! Kids only are allowed from 3-5pm, so the hotel is not a good choice for families that would like to enjoy the inside pool with kids. If you are visiting the hotel for a relaxed vacation, ask not to be in a connected room! 2 out of 4 nights of our precious vacation, we could not sleep as the guests from the connected room next to us were discussing until very late and we could hear everything.

Restaurant was amazing ! Loved the breakfast and dinner, everyday there was something else to choose from. Staff are kind and very helpful. Pool area is just lovely and we were over the moon with all the different entertainment at lunchtime. Shout out to the spa .. fantastic ! Thank you. Wish I had got the names of some of the girls on reception because you couldn’t have made us more welcome. Great job. Will be back.

Stayed on the 1st floor and we had all the noise from the guest coming home, waiting for taxis .. screaming up the hall .. would definitely stay on a higher floor next time.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of selection and great to have decaf coffee. Pool was very nice with comfy sunbeds. All staff very friendly and I would definitely recommend to friends. Location perfect to access both Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town.

Noticed that some of the locks on the ladies toilet doors in pool area were broken. Air con in the gym could have been better plus more yoga mats as only one available.

The location of the hotel is good as stand separately from other hotels and has more space but no private beach although has access to the public beach. The hotel is very clean and has facilities like spa and gym, changing rooms at check out .. Swimming pool is good but not enough for all the people staying in the hotel , like the sun beds area around the pool also not big enough to accommodate everyone who would like to stay by the water. So make sure you reserve your sun beds early in the morning . What particularly noticeable that staff not smiley but they do their job efficiently enough. The restaurant has a reasonable amount to choose and the food is ok.

breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly as well. There was a young lady, at the information desk at the hotel, who provided me with a very good guidance regarding the places worth visiting and even she booked tickets for me for a tour around the coastal line and sightseeing inside the island with a group of people, therefore; it helped me to save some time looking for the information. Instead I could make the most of my short stay there!

We LOVED the Hotel Torre del Mar. It's probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff without exception were polite and friendly, going out of their way to help. The decor at the hotel is very impressive and it is immaculately clean. The location on the sea front is fantastic - a bit of a walk to Ibiza town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, we ate in the Figueretas beach area a few times and had great food. We stayed in a junior suite which had a balcony with panoramic views, comfy beds and a great shower and complimentary drinks were delivered daily which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and all beautifully presented. The swimming pool area is stunning. I could find no fault with the hotel and didn't want to leave. I very much hope to return and would recommend it to anyone.

Nothing. I thought everything about the hotel was perfect - my partner wasn't too impressed with the pillows but I thought they were fine!
