WOW. I was given apartment 10 on the first floor. Stepping into reception you can tell how luxurious the apartments are going to be and I wasn't disappointed. The decoration is wonderful with high ceilings and lovely furniture. The apartment is very well set out and had a large bathroom with shower. The bedroom is like something you would find in a boutique hotel. Nice large closet with plenty of hangers, a safe, drying rack and iron and ironing board. Full length mirror and the bed was very comfortable. Socket on either side of the bed has usb connections. Central air conditioning throughout. In the basement 2 washer dryers which are available 24hrs and free of charge. They also have lockers to store luggage once you have checked out to pick up later in the day. Could not fault anything at all 5*.

The fact I couldn't stay longer.

Very modern and super clean; comfortable kingsized beds. Recently renovated and updated (workers were still inside during our stay). Washing machine and dryer in the basement of building. Professionally managed. Kitchenette has dishes, but is otherwise bare - no basics such as salt, pepper, sugar etc. Location is very central, great to walk anywhere in town. There are 20 apartments in the building; you want to avoid the ground floor ones by the entrance door, as they are very noisy. Worst apartment for that is #3, facing a busy road. Apartments on upper floors are better, book one with exterior windows.

The apartment was very large, well equipped and beds were big and comfortable. We particularly appreciated having two bathrooms and a private patio. The apartment felt brand new and is very well decorated. Having stayed in Jerez numerous times, this was by far the best place we've stayed and we will be coming back again! Additionally, we parked at the parking in Plaza Arenal. We travelled with kids and suitcases and the parking location was convenient enough. Highly recommend reserving the parking online as it will cost just over €8 for 24hrs.

The apartment was new, attractively furnished and spotlessly clean. It's in a very convenient location in the centre of Jerez, but it's also nice and quiet. We will definitely be using this company again for other apartments and hotels - so pleased to have found them.

The location isn't clear on the directions, so we went past the apartments to the end of the road and wondered where they were, but we parked up in a nearby underground car park (not the one in the directions, but just the first one we came across, which was very handy) and walked back to find it.

Excellent location, spotless clean, large room with kitchenette, superb hairdryer, powerful shower! Honestly would stay again. Our room was ready for 10am and we got a message with the door codes so it was easy to access. Bang in the centre for bars, restaurants, cathedral etc and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very clean and a very very large comfortable bed. Slept so well and I don’t usually away from home.

Only thing was the TV was smart TV and so had netflix installed but it wouldn’t work. I asked girl at reception and she said it does work but it kept coming up error connection message. Not the biggest deal as we spent all day out of the property but would be nice when back in the evening and in bed to watch an episode of something to relax with. However, not the biggest of deals as apartment was truly exceptional!

Beautiful apartment. Very formal decor, but comfortable. There is a window that can be opened to the sidewalk. There is a lot of foot traffic however. Lightning is excellent, plenty of hot water-- great shower. I recommend starting with faucet at about 6:30 position and that's pretty hot!Sufficient counter space in bathroom. All linens good quality. Hangers can be removed from closet should you want to steam or dry something. (Closet doors are so tight that damp clothing doesn't dry.) All other apartments so far have hangers that leave their hooks behind. A couple cons: No dedicated work space. There is a glasstop dining room table with 5 chairs which is the only "desk" space and no adjacent outlet. My only other fault is there is no outdoor space or common space (as was the case in the other two apartments I've stayed in in other cities). Communication with staff is primarily digital. They respond to texts fairly rapidly, and there is a phone number if you need immediate assistance. There was a reception person in the lobby for parts of 3 of the 5 days I was there. You're on your own as far as getting taxi or reservation most of the time. Thankfully, she went over washing machine with me, although it was by far the most self explanatory dial so far. You'll have to buy detergent across the street, or bring some pods with you. Value for cost *****!

Great location, very central, beautifully designed and stylish room, really comfortable bed. I recommend it. Bring a sleeping mask if you need dark at night.

The nightlight function was a bit overengineered. There were about 6 small sources of light in the room (incl. TV standby light) when it was supposed to be dark. The microwave clock was super bright at night and on top reflected in the mirror. I first put a post-it over the clock and then a band-aid on top to dim the reflection. I suggest the owners to look into covering foils for that.

The building was beautifully remodeled and in a great location; a very spacious living-kitchen area. The bed was king size and the matress was comfortable.

You can hear the neighbors from above and on the side. An alarm went off due to someone smokimg in an apartment; really loud noise for everyone else; we had to call for someone to come to deactivate. This is my 4th apt in this Spain trip, 1st one that did not have a decent coffee machine and coffee for a least the 1st day.

Wonderful bed, spotlessly clean, great shower, perfect location near the old town and the sights, and a 10 minute walk from the Renfe station. Very quiet at night. We would definitely return. Excellent quality for the price. Although we never met a receptionist, the staff responded rapidly to any questions on Whatsapp and helped us with all queries.

A little oil and vinegar, salt and pepper would have been useful, as we ate in once. Otherwise perfect.

The only trouble with these kind of apartments is that it is hard to find a person who can deal with your issues of entering and leaving the building since there is not a reception. After a few phonecalls and text messages I manage to store my bag somewhere and got the codes for my apartments. But it is a clean apartment, very central location and whoever I was talking on the phone with was helpful
