Great staff, amazing location, beautiful views and delicious food! I was afraid how our vacation will go because of all the bas review, but from the second we arrived I was happily surprised! We had a small issue with the rent a car so one part of our group arrived at night and they were even offered food at 3:00 in the morning! Staff was very helpful and friendly (which for me was a big surprise because every time I am in Spain staff is not friendly at all) I would definitely stay again in this hotel if decide to go back in La Manga! To everyone that are having a step back to book because of the bad comments, don’t hesitate and book the hotel to have one amazing family vacation!

Yes, some of the facilities are outdated, but working and in perfect condition! The only reason I am giving an 8 and not a 10 is because most of the time you are waiting 2-3 minutes for the elevator, which is a bit annoying.

1. Absolutely no vegies at the breakfast. 2. Neighbors complained that we made noise, but we were just talking and nothing else. I think that the walls are very thin. 3. Receptionist Antonio can be nicer. Whenever he is asked about something, the answer is "No" unless you ask several times. For example, he gave me 50 cent coins for Billiards which are not accepted, I doubt that he does not know about this. 4. Even though Animation team are working hard, their evening entertainment is a kindergarten level, absolutely amateur. We have been to many other hotels around the world and this is one of the worst animations.

Lovely hotel, nice choice of food. It’s a very typical Spanish hotel and we loved it! I would definitely return. The staff are really nice and friendly.

The shutters are very noisy in the bedrooms when it’s windy!! Which is most of the year!! It’s a shame you have to pay for the pool and it’s only open 11-1. Sometimes in the afternoons. But it’s a nice pool and a friendly man who runs it. It gets very very busy so get to meal times at the start of service to ensure you get a table. I wish the hotel would extend the restaurant opening hours to make them longer so it’s not a rush!!

We read the reviews after booking and were put off. Glad we couldn't cancel because the hotel was exceptional. We checked in 10 mins after booking and the gentleman on reception (last Thursday evening) provided us with a fabulous room on the top floor which was 10 out of 10! Fab views of the Mar Menor and the Med. Everywhere was spotlessy clean, great facilities, cant fault anything. Special thanks to the gentleman that checked us in, you made our stay even better, having just sold and completed on our house that very day we were feeling exhausted and sad 😥 but you made our day! Thank you 😊 .

The hotel is huge and the room and balcony overlooking the Mar Menor sea was too. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all buffets with amazing choice and great quality options for any taste. I am a veggie and even I was spoiled for choice. This is perfect for families with loads of things to do and see. The staff were all super friendly and attentive too. I don't usually stay in big hotels like this. I prefer smaller boutique hotels but my eyes have been opened! This place is excellent! TIP - If you stay, ask for a room with a view over the Mar Menor, rather than the Mediterranean. Yes, you can see both seas from the hotel but it's right on the beach of the Mar Menor and watching the sunsets over the Mar Menor from your balcony is truly awe inspiring!

Check in was efficient, reception staff very good although they didnt explain any of the facilities available. Great location, beach right on the doorstep for all the water sports. View from 12th floor is perfect. Room plenty big enough for 3 adults. Drinks very very reasonable in price

The restaurant was a little chaotic. The man on the door was letting you in when there was no tables available, there should be better communication with him and the waiters. Food was ok but would like more potato variety other chips! The bar area was very clinical and noisy. I think the tennis court hire was quite excessive at 6€, especially as we had our own equipment.

The breakfast is great lots of choice I had a car plenty of parking the location is great for the beach and la manga itself it's a big hotel even out of season they had things going on.

I went in march which is out of season and the pool was being maintained,which I understand and most of the bars and restaurants are shut .Take a travel kettle if you want a coffee or tea in your room other than that I had a good break and imagine this hotel is very popular in the summer

Would have liked replacement body lotion. Only had one between two for two nights! Would have liked some information about what was out and about. Where to eat etc....

Very good location, delicious cuisine, although the selection is not very large, but the food is of high quality. The rooms are new, some are without renovation, but the view from the window beautifies any renovation))

We booked Superior Twin room located on 8th floor, the bedroom and bathroom were quite large and roomy. A great view overlooking the Mediterranean. The breakfast and evening meals were buffet, salad was great but the hot food was a little processed. This is mainly a Spanish hotel with Spanish meal times, not a problem for us however. The pool is great, big with plenty of sunbeds and the hotel is on the strip between the Mediterranean and Mar Menor so you have two choices of beaches.

Mainly the hot food was not the best but it really didn't affect our stay. The other thing which again not an issue but something to bear in mind when staying here is that it is mainly older Spanish people that stay here, maybe its just because it was out of season. Also the hotel is open to coaches of children who use the facilities on the beach and then in the pool, not sure whether this was just an end of term thing or not. They are well behaved and again for a 30 minute period its not really an issue.
