A very nice hotel, well run, beautiful sea views. Great location. Good breakfast everything you could possibly want. Very nice staff absolutely brilliant stay. Love the swimming pool overlooking the sea.

My only slight issue was the check in took so long, however we arrived late in the day and so only one person to welcome us and check us all in. We were a big family group. It took an hour for me to get my room card key after arriving, so after a long day it felt like forever. But the next day started brilliantly and staff couldn’t be more helpful

location of the Hotel was best on the strip. On the small peninsula which have spectacular viewing of the beach. Very clean beach. And a low level area, not too many tower blocks, so open views and from terrace you can see through to the lake side and see sunset.

There was a drainage problem we think relating to the maintenance and filtering area fir the pool Not disturbing the facilities and pool was clean and very good. On breezy weather and returning from beach walk you could get,a,whiff of stagnant water smell on passing the filter maintenance area.

Great location, pool was bigger than I expected from the pictures and never as full as I thought it would be. The hotel is very clean. Room was a good size with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast very nice- great range and always lots left even if you come down quite late.

The lift- very bumpy and we got stuck- door opened onto a wall and it was very scary being there. No one heard the alarm and afterwards said that the lift is often temperamental. We discussed it with staff afterwards and they were sympathetic and offered a change of rooms on a lower floor but would have preferred not to have gone through the experience in the first place. It was the only down side to a lovely stay.

The swimming pool was amazing with a brilliant view of the beach which could also be accessed from the pool area. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The price was very reasonable too.

I don’t think the air conditioning in our room was working properly but we just opened the window to cool down at night so it wasn’t an issue. Tea and coffee in the rooms would’ve been a nice touch too.

exceptional location the views are breathtaking The staff are all warm and friendly . Fantastic service ,spotlessly clean everywhere , great choices of food , cater for Gluten free. drinks very reasonable priced , comfortable beds , fresh linens and room cleaned daily,great massage in a beautiful setting and very reasonable priced , gym facilities you need to book which works well . pools clean and staffed by a lovely lady daily , towels available for pool area outside bar /games area clean warm friendly staff very helpful reception staff who can help you with all your request I would highly recommend this hotel

Food was disappointing, apart from the breakfast which was good. Very expensive drinks- none were included ( not even a coffee, except at breakfast) even though we paid for full board. Our room was on 2nd floor & above the outdoor stage- evening entertainment (singer?) was not very good, extremely loud & carried on until midnight-would not return because of this, even though this was our hotel of choice for several occasions

The view from the room (4th floor with balcony) and the chairs disposition in front of the beach. The direct access to the beach is a plus. Also, the wellness spa staff was very good. Staff in general was kind and helpful, room was very clean.

Dinner quality, could improve the quality, but there are many options and staff is great.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. Surrounded by the sea. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfy. The staff are very friendly and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We would definitely return.

The staff serve the breakfast at the buffet. I would have liked to be able to choose my own food- only something very minor though.

Great rooms, sea view, facilities, you have everything you want inside the hotel, you can live there basically; you have kind of interior stairs to the beach . Really good food, a lot I might stay; and for every rude staff member you had 2 great to compensate for the other. A bit weird the rules with the drinks from the restaurant not taken to the bar and other way around, but nothing to be bothered about. Overall, a great stay, really loved it there

Lack if parking and being unable to pre book a parking space. After a very long journey, I did not want to have to then spend time searching for a parking space. I appreciate it was a busy time, but feel the hotel could do more to make this easier for clients. No coffee and tea in the room. Very important,
