It is very well-positioned in Los Narejos, in a very short walk both to the beach and to the High Street commercial and many kinds of restaurant providers. As well, it is maintained spotless clean every day, starting with the outdoors two pools and continuing with all hallways and rooms. I do have a special mansion to make here about the maiden who cleaned our room, no 426, exactly as I asked her through a note I left for her on the morning of 31st August. I didn't see her, I do not know her name, but I would say that she deserves a bonus to be added to her pay, for getting done such a good job. The hotel’s restaurant is very good, with a very diverse menu every evening. Additionally, the new administration made the good decision to give all customers who have made a reservation a substantial reduction in meal prices. Well done and many thanks to the all staff members.

The pools are too small.

The hotel was very good and in a great location, right at the bottom of the 'Strip' and 2 minutes from the beach. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was okay but perhaps needed a little modernizing. However, the room was cleaned every day the bedding changed and fresh towels left.

The breakfast was a bit hit and miss if you wanted a cooked breakfast, it could be cold and overcooked at times, but there was an excellent choice of cereals and fruits.

Great location 70m to the beach and 50 m to the entertainment square with lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a good selection and reasonable value for money. We had breakfast one morning and ate out at the various café/bars the rest of the time which were much cheaper. The room was large and clean. Pool towels were available at the bar which was convenient. parking available underneath the hotel for a fee. The garage is very dark and tight.

This is not the most modern hotel .

Lovely central location for the tourist area. We found on street parking easily although it did get busier during our stay. Our room was facing the road, we thought this was a bad thing at first but once the sun was gone from the pool it was fully on our balcony which was great. Pool was not huge but there were always sun loungers available and it was clean and well kept. Rooms were large and had everything we needed. Bathroom had a lovely powerful shower (over the bath) and shampoo, hand soap and body wash were provided. Bar downstairs had friendly staff and nice drinks, lunchtime snack menu was basic but the club sandwich was great. Location was perfect a few minutes walk to the beach one way and a couple of minutes the other way to a whole street of bars and restaurants.

I found the bed very hard and there was a waterproof mattress cover which i really disliked. The air conditioning was old and quite noisy. It was adequate in our room but my sons room never really got cool. Balcony was small (space for 2 chairs).

Friendly bar staff..Good location ..comfortable beds.

When checked in told had a room at front on busy main road.Asked if could change to side room away from road receptionist said none available. She explained booking.com only had rooms facing the road.We later found out there were side rooms. She said only way to get another room was to pay 15 euro per night for pool view room or 20 euro per night for refurbished pool view room !!!! Also no anti slip matt or cover in Bath/ shower. We go to this hotel 2 or 3 times a year but won't return now. We have lodged complaint with hotel and booking.com.

Clean and comfortable room with a view of the town. Pool was clean and good to swim in. (A bit cold for some in October, but we enjoyed it.) Plenty sunbeds. The hotel is located close to the beach and just across the road from a strip of restaurants and bars. The hotel also has a spa that costs extra, but we didn't use it.

We were room only but may have used the restaurant occasionally if it wasn't so expensive. €29.99 for lunch or dinner per person is a bit steep when you have all the other restaurants just across the road. Beds could have been comfier, but we slept well enough.

Nice big room, and balcony with pool and sea view. All staff excellent, especial a young man on the reception, he was very good and helped me with my elderly parents booking.

Tea and coffe facilities in the room would have been nice.

Second time to stay in this hotel. Balcony was tiny with no table and I asked about the possibility of an upgrade. A lovely man at reception said yes come back later which I did and got a lovely spacious room with lovely balcony with pool view. Didint eat in the hotel but met friends in the hotel bar for happy hour which is great value and good fun. All staff were very attentive and very friendly. Great swimming pool with plenty of pool bed to sunbathe. The hotel is beside the strip with s big selection of bars and restaurants.. A nice stroll by the beach will bring you to the old town which has a great selection of restaurants also.

No kettle in the room but could be hired with tea bags and milk for 2.50 per day per person

We have been coming here years and the staff are amazing So helpful and friendly Couldn’t fault hotel Food is great, staff are great and pool is well maintained with friendly lifeguards Our kids love it here Right on the beach and across from all restaurants and shops Location is perfect We also feel very safe in this hotel

A nice hotel in a fantastic location. We used the pool, spa and bar facilities on a one night stay and it was all great. Staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were large and clean and comfortable.

The view. We overlooked the car park and there was no table on the balcony but it didn't matter much for a one night stay. I would have preferred a different room if I was staying longer.
