The hotel is very nice and located very well. The room was small but very convenient with with a great facilities. The bed was comfortable and I also enjoyed quite a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The staff is also very nice.

The only thing I was not sure about was cleanness of the place. On the first sight everything was nice but finally not especially clean corners or someone’s hair over the bad decreased a bit my enthusiasm. I would also recommend to put a toilet brush to the room, as I’m not sure how the toilets are cleaned without it.

the Location was great- close to the gate into the walled city but in a quiet safe neighbor hood. The hotel is close to the bus station and also walkable to the train station which was great since we we in on train from Madrid and left on the bus :) The staff was super helpful and the rooms were perfect, very comfortable and clean

Very nice spot, comfortable, extra room in bedroom, bath for bathing sore muscles on camino. Nice toiletries. Little fridge in room stocked. Breakfast varied and good value.

Bins being picked up in the middle of the night and long check in when feet sore....

We started the camino in Lugo. The receptionist was so helpful assisting us with the passport and luggage transfer service. He also shared that there was a festival going on and gave us some delicious food recommendations. Breakfast was great and just what we needed to start the walk.

This is a really excellent, modern bright hotel with fantastic reviews on the higher floors (e.g. floor 5). It's well worth pre-booking the breakfast which is very good. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the old town, just outside the Roman city walls and conveniently close to the bus station. Parking in the nearby streets is veey straightforward.

Great location, very close to Bus Station. Just outside city walls, & at top of the hill. Supermarkets close. Nice comfortable room. Staff are very helpful.

Television is a little small, couldn't read subtitles from the bed.

The hotel is right in the middle of Lugo, near the bus station. It is very easy to get to, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The bathrooms in particular were very nice, the showers were great. The reception is 24 hours and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The drawback of it being conveniently in the centre is the sound of car horns when you're trying to siesta. Nothing that can be done about it, and it was worth it for the convenience.

The receptionist Andrea was fantastic. She assisted with the return of our hired car and our transfer to Sarria where we commenced our Camino. She also booked a taxi and gave us all the advice and information relevant to our trip. An amazing, helpful, kind and friendly person.

Nice hotel in good location , big room with comfortable beds, bathroom with bath and shower , a treat as we were walking the camino primitivo, staff lovely, really helpful giving us info on things to do, restraunts etc, delicious buffet breakfast .

The staff was super welcome from the moment I arrived at the front desk to do the check in. My room was comfortable and large. The bed was also comfortable.

You could hear the traffic a little as my room was on the 3rd floor and overlooking the street. In the top floors probably the noise from the street shouldn't be a problem!
