The very central and safe location and the proximity to several transport options (buses, metro, tram). The fact that the room was cleaned everyday and towels were renewed. Also, the 24/7 presence at the reception desk and thus the uncomplicated access to the accommodation. The staff were polite and helpful, answering our questions, without being outright friendly

The noise from the workers in the corridor right outside our room, who were doing works on the building. The very minimalist equipment in the kitchenette (no sponge; you might not even have enough cutlery for 4 persons if you decide to have a real meal in the apartment). And the general half-finished look of some corners both inside and outside the room: the building was most probably an office building which is 9still?) being converted to apartments/hotel rooms). Nonetheless, this was good enough for us.

This property exceeded all expectations with its exceptional amenities and prime location. I highly recommend it to both friends and family seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to my next visit and another outstanding experience at this property.

My stay at this property was truly exceptional, with no notable concerns. The only suggestion I would offer is the addition of a fan in the rooms to enhance air circulation for added comfort. Aside from that, everything was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this property for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Location is great

Beds were not properly made each day. Cutlery was not washed by maids. Bedroom did not smell fresh when we returned everyday from outside.

supportive staff (they help me to call the taxi and show me how to catch the bus). enough stuff is provided in the condo. near many interesting places. you can walk to the park nearby. Also near the place to catch the hop-on hop-off bus.

the elevators are small and quite scary. but you will get acquainted with that. It's near the metro station; however, if you want to take the metro from the airport, think carefully. you have to change the station. the problem is in that station, there is no sign or staff to help you buy the ticket. the station is quite old, and I can't find the escalators. so I struggled with the heavy luggage to the apartment.

The location is close to the Cercanias train for easy access from Atocha. Location is near Gran Via but a bit of a walk if you’re up for it. Room is very spacious. It had a ref and table and sofa to rest. Also the laundry room (you can use coins or card) was very helpful and convenient.

Only downside is the bathroom has no partition between toilet and shower. It could result to some flooding in the floor/wet toilet floors. The bathroom is accessible for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues hence the no partition. It is a bjt annoying to have wet floors but they clean everyday and it is a small inconvenience

Very good location. Staff very kind and available 24/h. Room quite spacious with a big double bed, bedside table, a big lamp, a wardrop a small kitchen and frigo. The bed also confortable, mattress hard. Bathroom clean and spacious for two people, equiped with towels, shower carpert, shower gel, hair dryer, toilet paper. TV in the room, but I could not find international channels. Five minutes by foot from the apartment there is a mini supermarket which sells food, bathroom items, ....useful in case of emergency (we forgot home the tootbrush and we bought there).

The building is old, and you can see it already from the elevators. I believe that the rooms need a bit of renovation/maintenance, notably the bathroom (example there was mould in the walls due to the humidity from the shower.

Very centric location. Close to Cibeles, Paseo La Castellana, Recoletos and the Madrid Fashion District street where all the fancy boutiques are located. Regarding ameminities the hotel is average. The staff were very helpful and plesant.

No coffee maker, no safe deposit box inside the room. The rooms look a bit dated.

The location is absolutely great, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants, right next to the Museum of Archaeology. The room was comfortable and everything clean. Fresh towels every day

The long red corridors looked rather harsh. The sofa in the bedroom was of the most bizarre design - not very comfortable.

The location was excellent, and had easy access to all the major sights and destinations in Madrid. It was in a very safe and secure neighborhood, surrounded by many dining options from cheap eats to luxury dining.

We were assigned a "persons with disabilities" room which, while it was larger than other rooms, required adapting to certain built in options. For example the shower had no doors or walls, so the whole bathroom was wet whenever someone took a shower.

Great place as a starting point for visiting a city. Excellent localization in the city center, a 15-minute walk from main Madrid attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained with the daily cleaning service. The reception desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

The only disadvantage I noticed was an interior acoustics — it's not very great so you can hear many sounds from the other rooms and corridors.
