Location was great!

Noise in the morning (7am) with road works outside but that’s not the hotels issue, and the “fitness room” is as basic as they come

Excellent location on the Grand Via so everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was soundproofed as promised so no or very little noise from the Gran Via. The bedroom was also very clean. Breakfast had lots of options so would suit most tastes and the rooftop bar was excellent, providing some good views of the city and wonderful sunsets. Recommend booking a table in the evenings to avoid disappointment.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was a little noisy. But otherwise extremely happy that we chose this hotel for our 1st in Madrid.

The location was perfect within walking distance of everything in Madrid. Although the hotel is located on a central street, we did not hear any noise in the room (we were on the 5th floor with a view to a side street). The room was relatively large compared to other hotels. The room had everything needed including a kettle for coffee and tea. The bathroom was also relatively large and included everything required. A really good breakfast with several types of eggs, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, ham & bacon(for those who can eat it), coffee, juices, pastries and cakes. Those who checkout early can provide a box meal. There is a small gym and rooftop terrace with bar.

There was not always water in the gym. Instead of a kettle in the room, you should have a coffee machine. There was no full length mirror in the room (was just on the outside of the room door)

Excellent stay at the hotel. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is modernly equipped, and has beautiful architectural design. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. The breakfasts are magnificent, with a wide selection of options, and everything is very tasty. The staff at the reception and at the canteen is very friendly and responsive. We didn’t use it, but I saw that they have a room for temporary luggage storage, and guests were making use of it. The bus stop, metro station, and tourist bus stop are all nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and small markets around. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely choose it for our next trip to Madrid.

Front desk staff were excellent! They were able to accommodate us a few hours after we arrived which was at approximately 7:30am. Patricia and another gentleman (can't remember his name, but was tall and always smiling) really went out of their way to help us navigate the city. Patricia gave us directions to areas to see and trains to use. The front desk gentleman recommended an ole school Spanish restaurant for a "real Spanish meal" and it was great food and hospitality! Housekeeping was also very good and accommodating, as we met the manager who was very nice to us! Though we knew very little Spanish, everyone at the hotel was very patient with us!

The service on the rooftop restaurant was a bit slow! It wasn't the staff, who was working very hard, but when there is only one person working taking orders, serving and there are multiple guests, then the service will be slow. More staffing on the rooftop restaurant!!!!!!

I received a fairly small but quiet room, looking towards the back side of the buildings. The bed was fine for one person, but might be a bit tight for two. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The location is great, easy to walk around and get to the major sites but the metro is just steps away too. Many restaurants around. Check in and check out was flawless. The staff were efficient and helpful.

The only downsides of the room were that the AC was right across the bed so the cold air was coming to me, and there was no toilet brush for some particular reason....

Nice cold A/C in the room. Felt the coolness every time we walked into the room. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean, great location in the heart of Madrid. Roof top Bar was really enjoyable to watch the sunset and enjoy a few cocktails. Walking distance to the metro stations nearby. Plenty of food and restaurants near by. Has three elevators. You can store your luggage after you check out to go sight seeing and return to pick up your luggage.

The hotel is located in the very center of Madrid, so all the sights, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We were surprised by the hotel, it is beautiful and we got a room on the top floor, where there was a breathtaking view of the whole of Madrid. The room was cozy, the beds and blankets were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and nice toiletries. We only used the breakfast once and the offer was rich. Overall, there is nothing to fault this place.

Location was perfect for starting the city tour. Close by sightseeing and good restaurants. Room was like expected even more. When you ask all needed items provided. We could leave our luggage to the lobby. Asking for taxi even helpful. They called local restaurants for us for reservation.

The only negative thing is water is free for the first day, the rest days you need to purchase it from the bar. In the photos roof view was available but due to the cold season it was close, I think.

The hotel's location on Gran Via Street is perfect. It is 2 minutes from the Metro station, next to the bus stop, and a 10-minute walk to Sol Square. There are also all-around restaurants and shopping, such as Zara and Primark. The breakfast is varied and contains many fresh and delicious items. The room and the hotel are very clean.
