Very clean and the location is fantastic, near the harbour and there's a beach very nearby, lots to see and do in the area, ample of of places to eat and drink and shop, highly recommend this place and will be coming again to this same aparthotel.

Hard to say, I think it would have been great if you could just use the indoor pool and steam room facilities without having to book for a treatment. Would have been nice to have blinds instead of net type curtains, our room was dark during the day only because it's facing a just walls, (other rooms had fabulous light and views) you have to switch the lights on to get changed and with see through curtains I didn't feel I had enough privacy. This is not say I wouldn't stay again, it's a beautiful place.

I can't criticise the apartments .I've used them before because l rate them highly.

The other hotel where we left the luggage has a lounge where you can stay with a bit of freebies. The room are great and some freebies😍🤩

It was misleading as the picture shows with indoor pool but when you already booked, later on you will received a message saying there's an additional fee if you use the pool 😁 my booking was not refundable so nothing I can do. There's no lounge or pool or spa where we stayed.

Excellent location. Friendly and efficient service. Cleanliness. Complimentary juice and water in the fridge. Tastefully decorated. Great shower.

When we arrived, we were asked to provide passport info before we were given access to the property. As a last-minute booking, at the end of a long travel day, it would have been preferable to share this passport info after we were able to get into the property, get comfortable, put down our bags, etc. A small detail but perhaps something to think about. The sofa bed is not in great shape - frame is bent and it didn't lock properly.

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed at a beautiful mini apartment. Other than the great esthetics of the hotel, I found the location perfect. The street was very central yet quiet. Within 5 minutes walking distance from all main attractions. We had a fully functional kitchen and great welcoming goodies (coffee, biscuits, muffins, jam, etc). The apartment was also extra clean and fresh! Staff are exceptional. Very professional and helpful. Genuine and attentive to their guests. They made our stay amazing. Definitely recommended!

there is nothing i don’t like, just the fact that someone was making noise close to my room and was smell of food, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Also, the fact there is no way of parking but i understand because is city centre…and the fact that you have to pay for swimming pool, i don’t find it so fair, as i always had pool wherever i went, for free.

Excellent quality of room and location is easily accessible from walking around the city with many good restaurants and historical sites nearby. The breakfast items and coffee machine provided was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

Contacting the property via WhatsApp was convenient as staff gave fast and helpful replies, though I may have preferred check-in information to be provided the day before arrival for peace of mind as we arrived outside of reception hours.
