Food was great and so many vegetarian/Vegan options. It was a great change to see hotel catering you everyone with food options. As my husband said. See you again next year and believe me he never said that before in any hotel we stayed in.

There wasn't something that we really didn't like there. Yes some of the exercises equipment in gym can be updated or simply replaced as it wasn't working but its a holiday so overall enjoyment there cant say anything bad about it.

Extremely friend and helpful staff everywhere (pool, restaurant, front desk). Rich and varied buffet offering and tasty, beautiful theme nights by the pool (we tried the sushi, barbecue and tapas nights, and they were all great). Wonderful pool facilities and spa. A phenomenal and extremely relaxing experience all and all. We will definitely return.

It’s great that the hotel offers a gym to workout. However, some machines require maintenance.

The staff are polite, flexible and really helpful. They are friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is clean and smells lovely. Rooms are cleaned daily (if you would like yours to be) Breakfast and lunch are delicious with many options. Great location. The beach is a 5 minute walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Some of the sun beds are a little tired but this did not impact my wonderful stay

The hotel is adults only and includes excellent spa facilities. The hotel has 3 outdoor heated pools and an indoor pool. The meals are buffet style with chefs at stations preparing fresh hot food in front of you. Great choice and good quality. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are just great, so helpful. This our third visit and we are planning a forth. We were here in October and the weather was good enough to sit around the pool all day. They provide stage entertainment every evening and everything is included in the price of the hotel. There is even a huge street market outside the hotel once a week

There is nothing about the hotel we don't like. The area round the hotel is very quiet, which is a plus but the actual resort of Malgrat de Mar is a small scruffy resort. There are some very good Spanish restaurants there and an excellent ice cream restaurant,

Really lovely hotel, staff were really friendly and welcoming. Great to have the 3 pool areas so you can choose the one you like best, loads of sun beds we didn’t struggle at all to find a spot each day even if arriving late morning.

The area outside the hotel isn’t amazing depending on what you are looking for/used to. The train line runs between the town and the beach, so there isn’t really an nice beach front walk which we missed but if you are only interested in relaxing by the pool it’s a great place for that! The food was nice, but there wasn’t enough vegetables/veggie options. A lot of the veg and meat or fish mixed in, which seems unnecessary considering there were at least 4 types of fish and 4 types of meat on offer each night. Would have been great to have more rice/noodle dishes that were veggie and people can add meat or fish if they wanted to!

I liked the customer service, the gym, and the spa experience. If you plan to use spa more than once, buy the 4-day package as it is really worth it. Invest in half-board food as it will work out cheaper than eating outside. Availability of gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner was amazingly nice.

Nothing except the soap. If you can buy yourself a good one in a shop as this one smells a bit nasty.

I stayed at this hotel with 4 friends and we had a fantastic time. They have a great range of things going on during the day, aerobics classes etc. it was crowded place, but everyone super polite and no sunbed wars. we did drop a towel on our bed at 8am ) and no one would move it or touch it, even though we didn't get their until 10am! Towels for the beach and lounge are provided with a 10 euro cash deposit - returned on departure (don't forget it). Bring a refillable water bottle. They have plenty of water spots, but those tiny plastic cups. We are in our late 30's and most of the crowd were more in their 50's. The vibe was great as we wanted to relax, but part of me also would have liked a nice party evening/DJ entertainment at least one evening/ have a bit of a dance, but things tended to whine down by 10pm. The area is 15 mins to town and sea. There are loads of restaurants/bars/clubs - mostly empty, we went at the end of June, - this is all on the main strip which are really nice and the cheapest souvenirs - they have great handbags for 10 euros - (bring an empty suitcase! lol) back to the hotel, the breakfast 10/10 - huge choice, and we were always late and they were lovely to let us hang around for longer. The only thing is it was quite expensive for food and drinks at the bar. When I tried to upgrade, they said it was a min of 4 day stay, to get the all inclusive deal, wish I knew that at the start of booking, I would have stayed 4 days all inc, instead of 3 non inclusive, as it wasn't noted on booking.com OR their website. The amount I spent would have cost the same as an extra night plus the all inc package. I also used their spa area, it was divine, the massage wasn't as strong as I normally prefer, but overall I left feeling totally relaxed. This place smells amazing btw!! you can smell the hotel from the entrance stairs!

not a dislike as such, but some things to note - could do with some evening entertainment on say a Friday or Saturday night which runs to at least 11.30pm! quite expensive to eat and drink at the bar without the all inclusive package - get it if you stay here, min 4 nights to qualify for it.

The staff and overall friendly ambience of everyone was exceptional. Staff went over and beyond to make our stay really excellent. Thank you so much for our bottle of wine for our loyalty. We think your pricing structure of especially drinks at the bar are great value for money - please keep that going, it is much appreciated (you're not being at all greedy)

What was not to like. Staff were helpful and friendly. The standard of the food available for dinner was great. Although breakfast was included with my tariff, I didn't use it try it.

My only criticism was that the ambient weather conditions were quite cold outside and the AC in the room did not supply any heating. It was not bad enough to compel me to ask for additional heating however. Breakfast is only available from 07:30 which is too late for me as I have to leave around 07:00 to go to work.

A gorgeous hotel in a great location. The pool area is lovely, very large, and there was no shortage of loungers. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a great variety every day. The pool bar was perfect for lunch & cocktails. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
