The hotel is in an ideal location, right on a large sandy beach—you don’t need to cross the street or the railway. There are two pools, one of which is for children. Throughout the day, there are various activities and games, and the animation team—both the girls and guys—are great. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is always clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day—special compliments to the cleaning lady with the blond hair on the 5th floor. The food is truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the chefs and waiters are exceptionally kind. In the evenings, there is live music in the restaurant overlooking the sea. It’s not too loud and ends at a reasonable time. Every room has a balcony.

The only things that could be improved are the slightly outdated furniture and the elevators, which are often busy and occasionally get stuck.

Very tasty and refined food. Good rooms, comfortable beds, working TV and air conditioning. Cleaning rooms every day. An entertainment program for children, two swimming pools, polite staff all made our vacation magical

Old conditioner, there is no clothes dryer. Once, when we turned on the air conditioner, cigarette smoke wafted from it, so we had to leave the room.

Location of the hotel was great,right on the beach,the food was very good (we had a half board),everyday it was something different,but freshly made and delicious,the choice of the meals was good....actually,I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends...it is unfarely underrated by the notes on this platform...if has swimming pool,beach bar,entertaining room with snooker and table football,restaurant with organized karaoke nights,flamenco nights or disco for the kids..

It is true that the furniture and carpets are bit old and need to be renovated,the elevators are pretty small for such a large hotel...but all of this didn't disturb me to have a great holiday

beach is superb but this dates of the year is cold. The English people will go into the sea the same but for me was too cold. The views from the room was wonderful. We had a wonderful views all day, we could see the sunrise in the sea.

We knew the place because we stayed some years ago. So there were no surprises with the rooms or anything.

the room was on sea front so we had sun both side of the room....staff were amazing especialy Azir and the waiters ..we had a problem with our bed and in 5mins someone was there to fix it

The hotel was ok, I needed to go to a hotel and Town which I knew as I had been tested for Covid in hospital in Barcelona. I had to stay for an extra 2 weeks as I was not able to travel even though I tested negative the day after. The rooms are dated but that reflects in the price. The food in the first week was some of the best I have had in Spain, but the second week not so good, maybe as the hotel was full of teenagers and they were about to close.

The bed was very close to the wall of the hotel room, if it would have a bit more space it would have been perfect.

The restaurant is a bit noisy, the selection of food was OK, but could be better. Would be good to have a mirror in the room.

The all support given by the staff for the restaurant when fell ill, they supported me in the best way ,we been there last year and fell in love with the hotel been always looked after like they’re our family,since the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady they are all great and excellent human beings ❤️

The property was right on the beach and the hotel was spacious. The staff did their best to accommodate me with my mobility issues.

there were no kettle, tea or coffee available in the rooms, which I am not used to in the UK

Very good. Sometimes a little busy, but staff had it all under control.
