The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived quite early for our check-in and they helped us feel comfortable by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. Location is really nice if you have a flight and you reach the airport in less than 5 minutes. Free shuttle service available during the day which is a nice perk. Small but good fitness. The kids particularly liked the bunk beds. The hotel also offered really nice challenge for them through a game that allowed them to earn a gift upon completion which was a nice surprise. Metro stop is not too far and we could walk easily to there and reach the center within 20mins. Overall great value for money!

One of the bed linen had stains

We only stayed for a night, before an early flight, the room was clean and spacious,the furniture a bit outdated,but well kept and looked freshly painted. the bathroom was big and the water pressure and temperature great, the complimentary shampoo and body wash smelled fabulous! The location is optimal for the airport, 5 minutes by taxi. The staff was very helpful and the facilities looked fantastic, however, We didn't get to use any, because of the weather and timing.

This is my personal opinion only, the mattresses were too firm for my taste.

Large room, good linen, soft down pilows, large bad, availability of kettle, terry bathrobe, comfortable ergonommic couch chair. It was nice to use convenient steam iron. Breakfast for additional fee was varied and delicous.

I wrote in advance my check in time from 22.00 to 23.00 and ask how to book transfer. I was told that I need to call the hotel upon arrival , which I did. What was my surprise when Hotel staff suggested me to take taxi, since the transfet does not work from 22.00 to 6.00 in the morning. Cappuccino for breakfast was not delicios.

The junior suite was lovely and spacious and the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience to the airport - the reception staff booked a taxi for us as we were travelling outside of the complimentary shuttle times

We had requested two beds but the sofa bed did not have any pillows or sheets when we arrived. We managed to get the bare minimum (one pillow and one bedsheet) on our first night as we arrived late and it was then resolved fully for the second night of our stay

Nice people, good place x 1 night when you want to stay 5’ away from the airport. Free hotel Shuttle works from 6 to 22 so we had to take a taxi x 15 eur as our flight arrived late.

It’s on the highway so you can’t open the windows, AC good. Breakfast was nice.

Good sized rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant and bar and nice outside space.

Air conditioner in the bedroom was ineffective and very noisy and the pool was a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool. Whilst the hotel may be close to the airport as the crow flies, the road system and dual carriageway it sits on makes walking to the hotel very difficult/impossible. The free airport shuttle offered does not start until 6am which is not helpful for early flights out which was why we left Valencia city for our last night.

The hotel is very pleasant and well decorated inside, lovely lobby area and the room was a decent size with quite a large bathroom. Pool is more plunge-pool style, not for swimming but handy for cooling off, towels can be rented from reception (deposit is returned once you return the towels). Handy place to stay if you have an early flight. Area is a little run down, and lacking in places to eat but there's a Burger Kind nearby and a Mercadona which are handy in a pinch. Plenty of towels provided, etc. Staff were very helpful, assisted us with booking a taxi for early hours of the morning, etc.

The fridge in the room had no power so couldn't keep our water cool. There was no way to connect our phones to the TV so it's mainly Spanish channels - these are minor issues. Shower door was a bit difficult to manoeuvre.

nothing really, it was exactly what you'd want from an airport hotel; was a bit crazy that you couldn't walk the very short distance from the terminal but that's nothing the hotel can control and the shuttle worked very well

We stayed here on our last night in Valencia as we had early flights to the airport the next day. The staff were really friendly and we could leave our luggage to enable us to have a full day exploring the city. The pool looked good, although it closed a bit early (20:00) so we did not get a chance to use it. The hotel is around a 4 minute taxi ride to the airport and the staff were very helpful to arrange this for us. You can see the airport from the hotel (it is next door) but it is not really possible to walk there due to the road systems.

The air conditioning could have been a bit more effective. The area is industrial so not as pretty as the city itself.

This property is incredible, the room was huge, the bed was massive and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and full of all the amenities you could ever want or need. There was a clean desk with a comfortable chair and a mini fridge for storing your own things or purchasing a few drinks and snacks. The building was amazing, decorated with enriched art and culture, the waiting area was very comfortable and our room was ready before the listed time. The bar had reasonable prices and delicious food, and being next to the airport with a free shuttle removes all the stress you'd typically have on the morning of a flight. The pool outside was refreshing and the sunbeds were relaxing. The whole experience was simply perfect.
