Parking was close to the entrance, covered and easy. Check-in straightforward. Excellent room, big, clean, comfortable twin bed. Pool was open but we did to have time to use it. Restaurant (bistro) was welcoming, prices (including drinks) very reasonable; service excellent.

If your room is at the front, the main road (Merida to Madrid) can giver traffic noise until late, but close the window and get the aircon on and its fine. Shower has plenty of power but the shower tray can be slippery so be careful. The bistro-style restaurant menu is limited but good; they do not appear to offer "fine dining" but that did not bother us.

I am a frequent client - This is the best hotel around Mérida - especially for the tourists who are traveling by car ( or into large groups by buses ) .. excellent facilities for parking, peaceful environment for those who are simply looking for quiet accommodations . The breakfast is superb accounting price/ cost - it is available until 11 AM. The staff is kind, assertive and helpful to unusual extents. The rooms are equipped with the most trendy ( and efficient) technology - I mean - you can actually shut the windows completely- avoiding light & sound to warranty your sleeping hours. The beds & mattresses are really comfortable- not that soft, neither stone inspired . Thanks a lot, again !

This hotel was excellent! The location is unbeatable, literally walking distance to Merida. We loved the exceptionally nice staff, the smooth online check-in, and the calm amenities. A superb choice!

While our stay was largely enjoyable, we did encounter a significant concern with one of the elevators. Its erratic movements and unsettling noises made us quite apprehensive, and we were honestly worried it might break down or worse. This is definitely something the hotel should address.

Large conference style hotel in prominent position in Merida. All facilities .special bedrooms for guests with pets,free parking,restaurant and coffee shop.breakfast included in our rate.

We booked a normal bedroom online ,but when we arrived with our small dog ,we were upgraded to a bedroom for pets at an additional cost of Euros 30. The night we stayed, there was a gap between closure of the coffee shop in the evening and opening of the restaurant .7.30 pm to 8.30pm when food was not available.

The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of town. The food is good and the staff friendly. The pool was very welcome and not busy.

On the Thursday night there was a function in the hotel grounds which went on well past midnigh making it impossible to get to sleep. Eventualy I went to complain and the duty manager interviened. This could have been avoided if we had been allocated a room on the other side of the hotel.

I travelled with my dog and she was allowed everywhere. We had breakfast all together, went into the bar also with her. There's plenty of green outside to walk her and parking is easy and plenty as well

The sewage needs a bit of work, because there's a smell in the bathrooms that comes from the pipes that is not pleasant. Also, if you leave the dogs bowl with food on the floor, ants will come, which means they have ants

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Whilst it is close to all that you want to visit in Merida, it is on the outskirts of the town in a quiet location. Parking is directly outside the hotel and easily available. The covered terrace enabled us to eat accompanied by our small dog. It can be problematic travelling with a dog, but not here. The food was very good.

The restaurant and terrace were quite busy, with few staff, so service was a little slow.

Good location near the motorway. Swimming pool good after a long drive. Helpful staff. Food very good, can only comment on cafeteria. Beds comfotable.

Hotel boasts 'dog friendly' but dogs not allowed anywhere except in room, previous hotels allow in reception, so only option for us was to eat outside cafeteria, ok in Summer, food was good, staff helpful and friendly. As I am a responsible dog owner, I would not leave my dog alone in room, although permitted, to ensble us to eat inside. As we are extensive travellers to Spain from France, for this reason only I would not use this hotel again as the next time will be in Winter.

The bar and restaurant were closed due to an "unexpected" Christmas party for 700 people. We had enquired when booking and been advised the restaurant was always open. we were not told this till we arrived and had to get a taxi to the town and back for an evening meal, could not even have a drink when we returned.

Nice, modern, spacious room with a fridge and outlook to the garden and pool. Was quiet and dark at night. The bed was large and comfortable. Superb breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food. Ample undercover parking. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced with a small but tasty menu selection. The staff are friendly and very patient with English speaker's. The hotel is located 5 minutes drive from the main attractions, a bit far to walk but we found free parking nearby without too much hassle.
