Great location just around the corner from the Cathedral and near Gascona Street with all its restaurants. We had a nice big room at the front of the hotel with a good bathroom (bath/shower, bidet, basin and loo with places to hang towels and space for toiletries) and delicious breakfast (worth forking out for the buffet). We found the beds (twin) very comfortable with fairly firm but good mattresses. The staff are friendly and helpful and it has parking for only a slightly higher day rate than the local car parks (which require cash) and was just helpfully rolled into our bill. We had plenty of drawers, shelves and hanging space for our belongings and good lighting and bedside tables. Also two chairs - one comfy for sitting in - to put our clothes on at night. We had a pretty little balcony over the street with French doors. Front desk is staffed right around the clock.

There was an air conditioner but we prefer fresh air, however the street goes on being quite noisy until really very late, which meant choosing between fresh air or closed French doors and aircon on. The bin lorries are frequent, people are completely uninhibited about talking very loudly or shouting in the street as they pass by and the locals eat and stay up really late, then the pavement washing machines get going fairly early in the morning. If you don't like noise don't get a room at the front of the hotel. There was no safe in our room which we would have liked. We had trouble with our door lock which uses a card with a magnetic strip, and the hotel had to get a technician to fix it. Also, don't keep your hotel key card next to your smart phone as that wipes the programming.

Location is perfect within walking distance of everything. The private parking garage at 13 euros a day is well worth the money and straight from it to reception and lifts. The room had air con and was spacious. Despite city centre location relatively quiet. Beds comfortable. There was a hair dryer and toiletries provided. It did have a bar in the basement but we preferred the nearby bars with outdoor seating. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

You can have continental breakfast for 7 euros but this did not include fruit ham or cheese. You had to pay extra for that as a not very friendly waitress informed us! Anyone with a big car needs to be aware it’s a bit tight getting into and out of the underground parking

Very good location, clean room, clean bathroom, the bed was comfortable, good WiFi, close to the old town and the cider route restaurants, staff member checking us out was polite and professional

Check-in was tedious because they take more information than is necessary if you are a Spanish national, staff member checking us in was not as welcoming or professional as we expected, bathroom in our room was dated, requested a double bed but was given 2 singles pushed together, room smelled of cigarette smoke whenever we put the air-con on. For the price, we expected better so will stay elsewhere on our next visit to Oviedo.

Floor 0 according to the lift had a bad smell of drains or something that is unpleasant 24/7 not transient. My room 127 also had an unpleasant oder like old smoke + had cigarette burns on bedside table. Other than that room was comfortable. If it were not for these points & lack of attention to detail i would have given a better rating

Smack bang in the middle of the old town, every thing is on your door step, bars, restaurants, architecture. Secure parking for your pride and joy. Good breakfast and helpful staff. If I get back to Oviedo it would be my first choice

Drop off point is past parking on a one way system so you have to drive around a busy town..... That literally is my only complaint and not sure what they could do about it any way 🤷

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful, and the buffet breakfast had lots of choices. They even let us check in early which was a nice surprise after arriving by plane in the morning. The windows were obviously triple glazed because when closed, it was nice and quiet. One of the best parts was the price point. Great value for this hotel, in a super handy location in Oviedo.

Everything was great, except for occasional glitchy wifi.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids. They were kind enough to hold 2 rooms adjacent to each other as we requested even when we had a late check-in. The location is great, in the centre of the city centre close to everything! The rooms were clean and modern! We got ones with a balcony facing the main road but it was not noisy at all. We'll definitely recommend it and return for more stays :)

Location was excellent and good to have parking on site (but see next section). Breakfast good with a good choice. Nice to have a bath and a shower.

Arrangements for booking parking unhelpful. We were told that we had to call the hotel in the morning but this was difficult as we were travelling. Even though we arrived spot on check in time, we were originally told that no spaces were available but the receptionist was able to find one for us.

I really like the location, as it was close to Gascona Street, everything was near enough to make it on foot! Impressive breakfast, a lot of variety and options, great schedule.

Parking was not in the same building, still was close to it and they offered a 20% discount! I think they could offer dinner for New Year's as part of the extra service, they should consider it.

Surprisingly spacious room with a fridge and excellent breakfast. The hotel had a lift. The hotel was very quiet and adjacent to the features of the old town.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. The hotel had staircases in strange places, one within our floor and another to get to the lift from the reception area.
