The location was exactly what we were looking for- something outside of the center but still close enough to walk there. There are plenty of restaurants and siderías nearby and worth checking out, so don’t worry if you don’t feel like walking to the historical center! You’ll probably pay a bit less for just as good of a meal too.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning when the cleaning staff are cleaning the rooms above. We usually heard them dragging the furniture around 9:00 am or so.

Good, clean, comfortable, great value hotel in a nice safe neighborhood Liked · This is a pretty standard hotel but in the tier of comfortable, convenient, good value hotels in Spain. It is very well located in a convenient neighborhood with good access to the highways. They offer breakfast and there are many places around for coffee, beer or food.

The street where it is located is pretty narrow so it is not easy to stop your car to do the checkin. I didn't have a car so I didn't ask if they had parking space but it would be convenient as there is not so much parking space around.

The room was spacious and we had a nice window to ventilate the room. Our room was comfortable for the two nights we spent there. We could park the car in the parking area for 11 euros a day, which was nice.

The hotel is a little far out from the centre so we needed to catch taxis since it was raining, but otherwise we loved it.

Although the bed was small it was super confortable. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff was super friendly.

The size of the bed and the fact that it's a little further from the city center but if you like to walk it won't be a problem.

The car parking onsite is extremely tight but this is the nature the area, there is little or no on street car parking... As the area is residential with a high proportion of flats... So the car parking is limited to the size of the hotel footprint and down...

This is my second time around Castro Real , this is a very convenient , confortable friendly accommodation , an outstanding staff, excellent breakfast , close to center , parking although you add on to your booking is very accesible for an small daily fee, clean rooms good hot water all the time..

The bed was a bit small for two thin people. The single long pillow for the entire bed made things worse.

There was no water boiler! So we couldn’t make any tea or coffee in the room, It would be great to have a boiler, an iron and a small coffee maker in the room. staff didn’t speak in English

We had an excellent time at Hotel Castro Real! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious with nice views of the street below. Great location, too, near parks and restaurants!

The WiFi seemed slow and inconsistent at times.
