The hotel is located in the central part of the city, and I found it pretty easily. The room staff (even if their English is not perfect) was lovely. I haven't met such friendly people behind the desk for a long time. The room, while small, was spotlessly clean and equipped with all necessary amenities (A/C TV, small thermoelectric fridge, which was silent, safe, small working desk and a closet). The bed was a bit firm. I was sleeping very well, but some may prefer more soft options. The bathroom was spacious, and the water got warm quickly. The hairdryer was working fine. The look of the interior may be a bit controversial, but in my opinion, it was OK (at least it was unique). For the price I paid, the stay was almost perfect.

There were a couple of things, which were a bit of a downside. Firstly, there is no breakfast option, so you either buy your own in the local supermarket (which opens at 9 AM), or sit in a cafeteria nearby. Secondly, the A/C unit was blowing into my face - it would be nice to have the unit blowing the cold and dry air in the different direction. Lastly, the rooms look like they would need a slight retrofit. Don't get me wrong, the room was spotlessly clean and nice, but the wallpaper was a bit worn down, as well as the curtain.

We had a suite and it was great to have that additional space. But the best thing for us was the incredibly helpful staff. We were walking the Camino Primitivo and had difficulty sending our bags ahead with Correos as planned. Lara went above and beyond in helping us to navigate the Correos system, making phone calls for us and finally finding a good solution. She followed up to confirm that our bags had been collected and even got in touch with us after few days later to advise that they had been delivered. The other staff members were very helpful too. The bar across the road was great for breakfast. Highly recommend!

The location. Everything is in walking distance. Very close to the train station too. Room. The bed is very comfy and the pillows are super nice. Staff. The lady was so nice and the hotel also provided a handy map with good information about the monuments, restaurants and cafes 👏🏻

There is no facial tissue in the room but it is not a big deal, you just need to bring it. The air conditioning is on the floor and it is a bit noisy.

The hotel has a great location on a pedestrianised street in the centre of Oviedo close to the main attractions of the city. It has a clean well maintained reception area which is more traditionally furnished. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

We arrived by car and had difficulty navigating the one way systems to the car park. The underground car park is just around the corner from the hotel so is handy but is expensive staying for a couple of nights. For me, as with most Spanish hotels, the pillows are too thin so I have to request additional ones.

The receptionist in the morning when I arrived , I think her name is Laura. She was very pleasant and understanding. She gave me my room at the time I arrived at your hotel even before check-in time because I travelled at 1:50a.m. and arrived at the hotel before 8a.m.. and the receptionists after Laura was also very nice. This is my second time to book in this hotel because of the employees ( receptionist, housekeeping) and the location is perfect. Thank you also to Elisa ( I think her name) of housekeeping for her kindness and helpfulness. I'll definitely book in this hotel when I go back to Oviedo. Thank you to all of you

The hotel is bang in the centre and a ten minute walk or less from everything. The staff are very friendly and offer recommendations for places and restaurants if you ask them for them. The room itself was very clean.

The room was quite stuffy and since the room overlooked a busy restaurant, we couldn't leave the window open at night to ventilate as it would have been to noisy to sleep. The AC also didn't go below 26 degrees so we couldn't even freshen up the room that way.

Excellent helpful staff. Good location 10 minutes walk from the Bus Station. The hotel is situated in a nice largely pedestrianised street with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. All of the tourist sites within Oviedo are reachable on foot by someone with a reasonable/good level of fitness. My room was equipped with everything I needed. Very comfy pleasant stay with one small niggle, see below.

My room was very hot. One wall in the bathroom was actually very warm to the touch. I struggled to get the Aircon working in a way that dealt with the heat without being fiercely cold. The Aircon unit got very noisy. My one gripe. I may have lacked expertise.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were big as was tge bathroom. Location of the hotel had me minutes away from the main sites in the city

I had thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. There were cafes very close. I would suggest the hotel make an arrangement with one of the cafes so breakfast can be available

Location, hygiene, comfortable bad, well equipped and big bathroom.

Window of the room was turned towards the inner light space, so no contact with outside world and no daylight.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Perfect position in the center with a lot of shops and super markets in the same street or nearby. Air conditioning available and super quiet environment, I didn’t hear any sound coming from outside or the other rooms. It was a perfect stay!!
