Nice hotel, located close to the center. Friendly staff. Thankfully the hotel offers a garage, with easy-difficult entrance and easy-difficult space for steering into the parking space. Few cafés and restaurants in walking distance (Sidrería Siempre Otero Parrilla was my place to go for lunch as well as dinner, once with the Parrillada de carne plate, which filled me up totally the whole day).

The pillows I threw away and built my own from towels and my used Merino-shirts and used Merino-troyer.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Also there was a fridge and although there was no kettle, there was coffee available in reception from a machine at a cost. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The shared spaces such as reception were very pleasant and the breakfast area looked really nice, although we didn't have breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit dated and there was a bit of a leak down one wall when it rained which had obviously been happening for a while. It was very warm in the hotel even when the windows were open.

Perfect location, walking distance to the city centre (although uphill). Luxurious, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Special configuation of the car parking: the car park offers plenty of parking spots spread over multiple floors, but only the bottom floor gives access to the hotel lobby. To get to the entrance, you need to walk down the ramps that are used by the cars. This also means that for loading suitcases upon departure, you need to walk up the ramps with your suitcases. Overall, this was a minor nuisance to us, the rest of the stay made everything ok.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Even before we got to the hotel, we were a little bit lost and one of the staff coming home saw us and helped us even though it was a little late at night. We ask them to clean the room when we leave and the cleaner even organizes my things fhat were on the table.

The ac is very bad. It's enough fo sleeo but when you start moving a little, it makes it very warm. Even throughout the night, it stays very warm. It would be better with a fan

The hotel has a very good position, I arrived there at 8:00 p.m. The receptionist is very kind, even show me a map and explain the surrounding situation. With their help, I even did a short but peaceful tour in the old city area. The hotel room is big and facility is in good condition. Staying in there is very comfortable. The restaurant on the ground floor is also very good and have many choices for everyone. I even left my phone charger in room when I checked out, but the hotel stuff is very helpful and help me to find it and keep it before I went back :)

Big, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location is 15 mins to the main Plaza and Cathedral. Bought ready meals from the Mercadona and they were excellent. Our rooms overlooked the waterfall. Breakfast area was excellent, good choices of hot/cold meats and cheeses Had a good night stay, parking the hotel for 12 euro. However, a little tight on the turns for a big van. They have a 3rd floor exit to walk the city which was great. Thank you!

Very good value hotel. A little far from the town centre, but still only a few minutes on foot. The staff at the breakfast buffet was excellent and the breakfast itself was very good. The room was large enough and the bed and shower were comfy. We had a very good stay before starting our Camino.

The hotel is 4 star but it lacks the lustre of a 4 star hotel. It looks a bit tired in places.

The staff were fantastically helpful - they really went above and beyond to help us park our hire van and store our bikes. And every staff member we met, including housekeeping staff, greeted us with a smile Excellent bike storage room off the car park. Easy walking route (5 mins) to the old town out a back door. No walk-in shower: it was over the bath. The breakfast buffet was good but at €12 each it felt expensive. The coffee was terrible and there was no fresh orange juice

It is in the center of the city, near a lot of places to solve any emergency you may have. You can access the grocery store and some restaurants. It's at the back of the hotel.

The price of the morning (breakfast) buffet is higher than expected; there should be more affordable options or more options in general, not necessarily a buffet.

The hotel is very nice, with good view and located in a very calm neighborhood. Everyone was super nice and helped us with any issue we got, for example we had to leave quite early our last day and we didn’t have time enough to have breakfast, so they packed our breakfast for “pick up”. The bedroom and bed were very cozy and comfortable.

The shampoo, shower gel, body milk were very liquid and looked a little cheap, considering we paid for the deluxe bedroom.
