The Hotel’s location is brilliant, at the heart of the Old Town. The place had great vibes and has bars, cafés and restaurants all around, just a short walk away. The Cathedral view from the room was great. The Breakfast had enough variety and was very well organised. The hotel itself is perfect in every single way except for the fact that the room was really tiny. The bathroom was spacious and somewhat made up for the room size. The staff were well trained, friendly and helpful. Andrea and Lucia at the Reception were very helpful and eager to help.

The room was tiny, with limited space to move around and sub optimal storage space. There was a consistent drainage like smell from the bathroom.

I have stayed here on two different occasions, and this place does not disappoint. This time I had a lovely room with a view of the cathedral. I was worried that there would be noise from nearby restaurants, but there was none, at least on a Sunday night. It was very hot while I was there, and they have excellent air conditioning. This isn't always the case in European hotels where there is air conditioning, but it's weak. That's not the case here. There's also a taxi stand right outside. The hotel is near the old quarter and restaurants.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and helpful The rooms are well appointed and a very comfortable bed. Good air conditioning and not too noisy. Despite football crowds celebrating and the the San Juan celebrations, the hotel was exceptionally quiet. Would we stay here again ... absolutely?

Parts of the room were a little tired and for me the breakfast was good but not exceptional, which is why I have rated this 9 out of 10

We absolutely loved the location. The hotel is central and looking onto a square within the old town - only a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral. There is a really good choice of bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and air-conditioned. The staff are welcoming. We had only booked for one night, but wished we had had longer. We would highly recommend the hotel.

We liked everything

Location was really good, staff friendly and the price was good value. Good sound insulation, important for Spanish cities in town centres!

The outside of the building was decorated beautifully. The inside had been remodelled in a more modern style. While most people seem to like this according to the reviews I read, all these interiors look the same to me and have no character. The room and bathroom were clean, there were signs of needed maintenance. Shower door a bit lose, drainage in the shower made a strange sound.

Location brilliant apart from the fact that the annual festivities were taking place in the week that we were there so the squares outside the hotel were taken up with stands that obscured the normal spaces between the hotel and the cathedral. Good breakfast and decent sized, comfortable room although a bit noisy in the mornings.

Better sound proofing inside the hotel would have been a bonus. It wasn't the hotel's fault that the exterior noise ent on a bit as we were staying there during the one week of the annual fare.

Fantastic location in the center of Oviedo. Very good breakfast, helpful staff and lovely room with stained glass windows.

Parking is always difficult in European cities. The hotel offers a discount (which is helpful) to a nearby lot but the parking spaces are very narrow and you have to climb stairs to get out of the garage- with luggage, that’s not great. This is certainly not the hotel’s fault but just a heads-up.

It was in a fabulous old building directly looking over the beautiful square in front of the cathedral. The rooms were a good size, tastefully furnished with lovely touches such as a welcome chocolate, complementary mineral water and a coffee machine. There were also arm chairs and a coffee table so you didn’t have to sit on the bed. If this hotel was in the UK you’d pay at least double if not triple and still think it was good value. The buffet breakfast fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

the check in was very smooth, and i was pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded to triple room, the bed is very comfortable, and we even had a coffee machine with capsules supplied. the hotel was in a perfect location, very close to all attractions.

there are only two things that can be improved, the first, and it is important, there are coffee capsules and tea bags, but no kettle to make the tea, will be nice to have a kettle to make the tea, and the other issue is that is less important, that there are no channels in English on the TV.

Perfect location in Oviedo - between what you might call the old and new town. Everything right on your doorstep. Nice, classy feeling room, with a good sized comfortable bed, and modern bathroom. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking was one block away in the underground public lot, but everything was very easy to manage.

It was a double room but only had power and reading light on one side of the bed??
