Small room but comfortable and clean and the luxury of a bath.

More beverage choice, only 1 coffee pod. My door to the terrace kept sticking on me. I think I just didn't have the knack of opening it. If I was staying longer I would have asked what to do. The staff were very friendly and I am sure they would have sorted it

The property was modern, clean and fresh The welcome was very warm and the lady on the reception desk was fantastic The breakfast was plenty in choice and the dining room was constantly kept clean and tidy by the one man we saw on duty.

Garage was a bit of an experience, you drove into a lift on the street level and it took you below ground. The area was built up and it was in a city residential area Away from the historic area of Palencia

Location good for train station, centre, Nice ambience, and sitting area. Large spacious room ensuite. Large TV Fridge Plenty of electric sockets .... Only problem, situated very near floor, difficult access.

bed was amazing. front desk worked with my inability to speak spanish and was very friendly I would stay here again.

I was led to believe that a restaurant was on site. While there was a restaurant was available to order room service it was not a sit down restaurant. I only mention this as a possible improvement. I would gladly stay there again. There were many places to eat within a 2 minute walk.

The localisation, the cozy entrance with its lounge and bar and the room that they gave me on the top floor that, although small, had a luxurious terrace but I missed an armchair and a small table to enjoy it

In my opinion, the bathtub in the bathroom is superfluous, there is not even time to take a bath and given the existing water problem in the world it is almost immoral, otherwise everything is perfect!

A little out of the town across from the bus and train station, 5-6 minutes into the Main Street.

The garage is via a lift and a large car does not fit, there was paid parking at the train station that has security cameras and 5 minutes walk and was cheaper!

Its location

Not being able to control the room temperature. Far too hot for us even at 18* at night. We have a sports car and accessing lift to take you down to the car park was a challenge! Turning into the lift from the road tricky and lift is very narrow

Very good value for money. Nice staff, very welcoming and always greeting the guests.

If you have a big car the hotel park is very narrow and will not be easy to park on it. I gave up as soon as I had to close the side mirrors to get in.

The comfortable hotel. Very good location, not far away from the railway station. Possibilities to reach city centre on foot. Rich breakfast.
