Great location for the centre of town and Cathedral - clean and quiet boutique type hotel. Breakfast was really good. The lady at the check in desk was lovely - very helpful and welcoming. The hotel felt peaceful and calm. The deep underground carpark was interesting :) - our rented automatic Nissan Juke really struggled with the steep twisty slope getting out - (better perhaps with a manual gear box) but it was good to have somewhere safe to park. Space in the carpark is tight but manageable with care - in small/medium sized cars. Great hotel - would recommend.

This place allows dogs and it is located right next to a park/river with plenty of grass patches for your dog to relieve themselves. The staff was super friendly, and their coffee was surprisingly good. It seemed that even the local people would go here for their breakfast, including the police. Can only give this place my best recommendations.

There is nothing to add. If I had to add anything, it would be that the elevator is relatively small with the underground parking. We have a large car, so it was difficult to navigate for parking and difficult to fit our luggage in the elevator, with 2 people and a small dog!

Restaurants in Palencia closed Sunday evening, had to have a very dodgy Burger King. Very disappointing, 3rd time we've been to Palencia on our way back to the ferry at Santander as it's a convenient stop off point but will be making other arrangements next time. Hotel great, Palencia disappointing.

Great hotel right in the centre of Palencia, really friendly and efficient staff, good continental style breakfast and stylish decor. We would definitely stay again.

Not the hotel's fault, but we couldn't utilise the carpark as we have a campervan. With a little searching we managed to park on the street a couple of roads over, though, and apparently there's free parking over the river at the Museum de Agua. They did allow us to park in front of the entrance to load/unload which was great.

Location is good for exploring.

Staff on the reception was not very customer service orientated. If you are sensitive for smells, at least the corridor where my room was located was super fragranced as well the room. It was difficult to sleep in that. Pillows were breahtless. One of the criterias for me to stay in this hotel was the parking. Hotel staff told me it’s narrow but it’s actually low. I have a small van and the entrance to the minus floors is uneven so it goes quit low. It is spacius otherwise.

Lady at reception was absolutely amazing, so helpful and her English was very good. Rooms were comfortable and provided everything needed. Location was good just a few minutes walk from the centre of Palencia. Breakfast was basic but had all the essentials so no complaints. WiFi was very good. We would recommend to anyone staying in the region.

The underground parking was challenging as we have a long car but for most normal sized I'm sure it would be fine! (But we were warned!). Be ware the bar shuts at 10 but once again not a problem just a warning!

Friendly welcome, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Reception lady was so friendly that at times she would engage in long conversations causing some waiting time for others. Very helpful however.

Parking in the garage is only recommended with a small to mid-size car and otherwise prepare for a bit of stress trying to get a longer car safely through the narrow passages down to level -2. I was also a bit disappointed that the hotel advertises having a restaurant which then appears not to be open in the evening, which is one of the reasons I had chosen the hotel as a stopover on a long trip, hoping not to have to go out again in the evening.

Easy to find, good breakfast, kind and welcoming staff. Palencia is really nice with great restaurants and we could walk everywhere.

The parking! We couldn’t use it because it’s so small and narrow and no other alternatives were given (even though I did ask in advance!). In the end, after some driving around, we were able to park on the main road by the river which was thankfully free, but it was stressful after a long drive.

Easy to find, a small hotel of approximately 30 rooms, had everything it had advertised. we arrived on a Sunday evening but were directed by the very helpful staff to a nearby square where we found a bar serving dinner and to my husband’s delight showing a football match. Great downtime for him after a 6 hour drive. To cap it all the square was the location of Palencia Cathedral which we had time to visit before we left. Fascinating place and very beautiful.

The only issue was that all information was in Spanish. Would have really helped if there had been some in English.

Lovely clean hotel, decent sized rooms with plenty of space for clothes and baggage storage. Lovely big shower. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Managed to squeeze a parking space for us too (paid parking but only 10€ in a city centre 👍) Breakfast was Buffett and perfect - location was brilliant, had a wonderful afternoon going through the trails taking in all of the cultural sites - amazing
