Room and bathroom was clean and comfy. They made our dog very welcome and the lady at reception was lovely. The breakfast was great lots of choice and very fresh. Location great not far off the main road. Great as a stopover.

This is not the hotel's fault and the lady in charge of the breakfast was too busy to notice but a woman who was with her husband at another table sneezed without covering her mouth not only at her table but at the main breakfast bar!!!! Disgusting, the lady was from China clearly they think its OK there but most European countries have more manners it totally ruined my breakfast. There is an underground car park which you do pay extra to use however do not go in there if you have a larger car for small cars only. We had several cuts going in and even more trying to get out.

The hotel was easy to find and a good location for an overnight stay on the way to the ferry at Bilbao. It was a modern hotel, tastefully decorated. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. The staff were pleasant and the food good.

It can be a little difficult travelling with a dog and whilst the hotel is dog friendly, there isn't anywhere available to eat accompanied by a dog - terrace etc.

We have stayed here for the last five years, as it excellently placed on our long journey from the south coast to the ferry at santander. It is also very well located on the northern edge of town with easy access to and from the autoroutes. The towels, toiletries and size of the bathroom is also exceptional for the cost of the Hotel.

If the garage access was a little easier I would be a little less traumatised especially after a 500 mile journey. everything else perfect.

Very clean and comfortable room and we enjoyed the breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, great location easy parking with access to shops and restaurants nearby.

We were informed at check-in that the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we had no prior notice of this being the case after a long journey. We were travelling with a small dog and were informed that even had the restaurant been opened we were unable to have something to eat either in the restaurant or at the tables outside the restaurant.

all ok and stayed twice, on the the way further south and again on our return north good price, nice rooms and staff, good breakfast. situated on the edge of the town centre-

a map of the town centre would have been helpful my husband had a problem in the parking garage as there wasn't good enough lighting and it was difficult for him to find his way out.

The hotel was quite easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable and all of the staff are friendly

The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. Breakfast as good but not included in the booking price and we had to pay xtra for this. We managed to find a parking space outside the hotel but there is an additional charge for the underground car park.

We stay here regularly, it's a convenient stopover on the way from the ferry in Northern Spain to the south/Andalucía and vice versa. It's a modern hotel on the outskirts of town but easy to find and not far from the motorway exit. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and are well equipped, as are the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of items. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The underground garage can be a bit of a challenge with a larger car...

Bed very comfortable. Additional bedding available. Bathroom facilities very good with additional items - shoe cleaner, teeth cleaning kit, extra razor available from reception. Large bath towels provided. Room very spacious. Air conditioning quiet. Access to fresh air. All wooden furniture - no plastic. Value for money? Yes, definitely.

Having to pay for on-site secure parking. Paying for off-site secure parking is acceptable, on-site secure parking is not!!!! The restaurant was not available for an evening meal, why? This was a Friday evening. Did not enjoy walking into a foreign town in search a reputable restaurant after having such a long drive - 10 hours.

Good breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. The location is quite good, easy to access the highway and on walking distance from the city center.

Noise from the street was still audible in my hotel room (street side) and there was bearly any parking for the hotel, luckily there is enough parking in the street.

Staff very friendly, spoke excellent English. Very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, all very fresh and we'll presented with great selection and friendly staff.

Gym was on lower ground floor, but was locked. The bacon at breakfast was inedible due to being extremely fatty and streaky. Otherwise fantastic.
