A cheap room in the centre of the city. Clean. Well equipped. No extras, nothing special but all good. Friendly, helpful receptionist. You will need to speak some Spanish - but then, this is Spain.

The dining area has a fridge for guests but I don’t understand the system. The vending machine is OK. Lots of water but not much else.

Great location ( 2 min from train station; 3 min from bust station; 1 min from Calle Mayor ) New bedrooms; clean and fresh; comfy bed; large shower.

Very very thin walls so you can hear guests from the rooms next door. My rooms was at the rear so no traffic noise.

Walls are thin but most people were respectful and quiet after 23:00, so it wasn't a big deal. Light sleepers should bring earbuds

Very central with a short walk to the cathedral and restaurants. Clean, good mattress, pretty much what you expect for a short stay in a hotel.

for the price nothing wrong at all with it. if i had paid a lot more thena. bigger room would have been nice. dont think there was air conditioning but april was fine

They don’t have a restaurant service or small fridge in the room, instead there is a big fridge in the kitchen/living room area downstairs where all the guests can keep their things, but you have to trust that no one will take anything that doesn’t belong to them…

Close to the train station and old town. Room furnishings and facilities are simple, efficient and of good quality. Clean.

For sure the couple of Recepcionists are very, very good. Friendly and helping regarding all the questions I did ask for to both of them.

The day was very warm...and the hotel does not have air conditioner installed. I have to mention those high temperatures are inusual at Palencia.
