This was my third time staying at Maisonnave. Every time has been fabulous. The morning desayuno buffet is terrific, and the hotel's central location in the historic old walled center is great for walking. The taxi drivers from the train station know the hotel too, so there is no confusion. In addition, Maisonnave has a great bar/restaurant that's open throughout the day and late into the evening. About the wonderful hotel staff, they have gone out of their way for me each time. Once, the concierge even succeeded in getting my airplane ticket refunded. Highly highly recommend.

Nothing negative. I loved it all, each time.

I have stayed at the hotel before and knew what to expect. The hotel is located in the center of the old town and everything is in walking distance. The hotel is a great value for the location. The hotel provides all that is needed for a couple of days. The hotel serves the typical Spanish breakfast - nothing to complain about. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel which is quite convenient. I will stay there again on my next business trip to Pamplona.

The only negative was that the wifi signal was sometimes quite week and dropped.

Location and cleanliness

Parking in the hotel associated garage is a bit tricky and customers would benefit from a better description from the hotel staff about how to get to the parking garage and that you can actually go to hotel by car - unload your stuff; and get registered to park. This day and age posting instructions how to get there for the “new to the town people” would make it easier Sauna is available but needs reserving - and you don’t even get a towel to use after the sauna for when you shower.

Well located in the centre of Pamplona but still in a relatively quiet spot. Easy to reach by foot from the bus station. Our room was a decent size with good storage for clothes, comfortable bed/pillows etc. The bathroom was a good size with an excellent shower. The air conditioning was of an older 'central vent' style, still somewhat controllable in each room - and it was adequate for the few days of 30-plus temps while we were there. There are lifts - the hotel looks to be fully accessible with lifts for the few steps at the entrance and to the bar/cafe too. The bar cafe has snacks/pintxo all day (it seemed) and a small bistro menu in the evening - the food was nice. We didn't try the restaurant. Overall, it was a great base in the beautiful city of Pamplona. We'd stay there again.

Some of the bar staff weren't hugely helpful/patient when we tried to order in our poor Spanish - others though, were really friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely excellent. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious for the city center property. The rooms were QUIET. I'm not sure what the magic was but we had no noise from the streets below from revelers who were there for the festival of San Fermin. The staff was incredibly nice all the time. The gentleman at the front desk on the night shift was so kind and made wonderful coffee for us at 5am each day that we came downstairs. We will truly miss starting our days off that way. Jaime was also noteworthy in his kindness and professionalism. I felt like I was part of a family there. Not just a hotel guest.

I have nothing negative to say about the property

Location is excellent. Close to everything tourists want to see, walk distance to the main bus station, close to Calle San Nicolas for great pintxos bars. Hotel is warm and the room was comfortable. We aren’t so keen on a double bed which is really two king singles pushed together but that’s not a deal breaker. Room had a bath, which is a bonus in our opinion. They gave us a kettle on request, which is also nice.

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the Old Town of Pamplona. A couple of minutes walk and you find yourself in the main square but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Hotel also has its own bar and there was a good atmosphere in there during our stay.

It is much cheaper to find breakfasts in one of the many bars, bakeries, cafés in the area. Hotel parking is expensive at €18 a day and access is not straightforward.

Location and cleanliness mean a lot. The front desk staff are great. We stayed here twice within a week. Our second stay in a suite was with a view. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nespresso machine which was wonderful.

Our first stay here was in a basic small room with no view other than interior walls and the bed was so hard that it wasn’t comfortable. We almost canceled our next stay but we’re glad we didn’t in the end.

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room comfortable and we slept well. Great to have an hotel car park close by in the middle of the city

Nothing really, was a little noisy til late but everyone was winding up to San Fermin, didn’t appreciate having to navigate through groups of smokers to get in but none of this was a real problem

Location and stuff cooperation and cleanliness

Provision of complementary tea and coffee in the room. Provision of either larger bottles of complementary drinking water or more smaller bottles. Provision of information for customers to be able to go from the hotel on day trips to near by places . Like being picked by tour companies from the hotel and brought back to the hotel for a reasonable price .
