Incredible setting and a spotless hotel. Definitely deserves its 5 star rating

Unfortunately whilst we stayed in early June 25, (this is our second visit), there were several corporate events happening which meant some key facilities (the main bar, pool terrace and Bamboo roof bar) were closed at various points. I did feed this back to the hotel who offered us 20 euro entrance to the spa. A nice gesture, but it didn’t make up for being excluded from key facilities over a few days. There should be separate facilities for corporate events so that those on holiday aren’t ’downgraded’ which is what we felt. That said, we love the hotel and are planning to go back.

I loved this property, the restaurants, the swimming pool and the cleanness of rooms, it’s really elegant and I absolutely recommend it

Sometimes there is some noise whenever other customers celebrating in the lobby late at night

The stay with this hotel was simply fabulous! Loved every single thing about it, the room was amazing, the hotel pools were stunning and on the day it rained, we had the delight of the spa and a massage. This was the best massage I’ve had in forever, done by Miriam! So so good! We stayed for bed and breakfast and the selection and standard of breakfast surpassed our expectations! I’d recommend staying here to anyone fancying a little bit of luxury and a recharge. Plenty of sunbeds, plenty of pools to choose from and some lovely restaurants not far from the hotel if you enjoy venturing out.

The taxi ride to the hotel was around 30 minutes and cost around €90. For those that like to get out and explore there was not too much in this area however we came to recharge and there is a train line so could have ventured elsewhere if we wanted.

We loved this modern hotel with many pools, one of which is for adults only where we could really relax. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Clean and big room, lovely minimalist decoration. We had a wonderful view of the pools area and ocean in the background. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and had many options to choose from! We will definitely come back!

The shows in the evening were good most of the time but I wish there would have been more latin songs bands for more dancing.

The choices of breakfast. The kind and friendly staffs. The overall design and facilities are clean and modern. The pools are for everyone. Big and small, deep and shallow, kids and adults. Play areas and quiet zoons.

Queues at the breakfast. Loud and noisy corridor with running kids. High traffic noises,motorcycles and cars. Room is not so much sound proof.

It was pretty clean, felt like a newly built resort. It felt quite luxurious although were in the middle of residential area.

-Only 90min spa. -Having to pay extra for the spa. -The room pillows were too tiny. -None heated outdoor pool since there is a possibility for colder weather in the months of October. -None soundproof room.I can hear when people are passing in front my room racing to breakfast or checking out I can hear their luggage. Maybe change the flooring. - the bathroom area in the room should be able to close off completely. That way the steam from the shower won’t come into the room. The shower door alone isn’t enough. - after taking a shower the water leaks out a lot and the floor is constantly wet leaving a puddle right in front the face basin. - No free parking for guests was also quite annoying.

The design the decor it’s also very spacious even though it is a popular hotel it had lots of room by the 7 pools and in restaurants. The buffet breakfast was the most impressive I have ever seen. We had a pool suite which was beautifully designed and in 2 floors so like a mini villa - just wonderful. 2 bathrooms as well and the best shower I have ever put my head under!

Bamboo wasn’t that great for a meal no atmosphere and food was mediocre we preferred other restaurants in the hotel. The resort of Santa Susanna doesn’t have much to offer apart from a beach but that suited us and the hotel is so nice we didn’t leave it that much

The room was was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was decent with lots of options. The spa facilities were nice and calm, I really enjoyed my massage. The hotel looked nice and was very aesthetic there are lots of places to take nice photos, It was the best looking hotel in the area by far.

The music from the live shows were way too loud and would go on till at least midnight and some nights longer. I stayed in a room on the ground floor and it kept me up even when all the doors and windows were closed. The staff weren't overly welcoming except Martina who was really friendly and gave good dinner recommendations. The hotel was big and it would have been nice to get a run down of where the main attractions were e.g. gym, restaurant, spa, and pool when I checked in.

The hotel is brand new and is gorgeous. We walked most of the coast in santa suzanna at night with street shops and restaurants open and busy, and its by far the best hotel in the area. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) were splendid with so many good options Make sure to try out the spa, our experience with the couple massage was worth it. Tips to make your stay better: 1. When landing in santa suzanna station, do not follow google maps, there is access from the same street as the station that doesnt show on the map. Just go right a little (facing inland ) and you'll see it 2. The closest beach access is to the left of the camping area (looking towards the sea) its about 10 min walk. 3. The "design rooms" overlook the back side of the hotel and while it is mountain view, at night all you can basicaly see is the lit parking lots with a side street. The upgrade to the pool zone is not that much expensive (we did it) and its a lot more beautiful. 4. The cleaning staff does not automatically change the sheets/towels unless you tell them. There is a paper found deep inside the closet that you need to place on the bed (its easy to miss) 5. When you check in, make sure to tell the staff you wish to open credit on your room (so you can pay using your room number and not have to carry your wallet with you) as its not done automatically

We assumed 1 of the 6 pools would be an adult only zone. It wasnt. Could be a good option as there was a good number of couples at the hotel.

Everything perfect, new, clean, the staff is nice and friendly, breakfast has really lot of choices for everyone… we will recommend to all of our family and friends!
