We loved everything about this hotel , the breakfast and dinner was so delicious with a lot of variety , the swimming pool was so nice , the employees were very helpful and polite , the swimming pool was so nice too also we loved the tributes to Tina turner and Freddie mercury 👌really enjoyed . The hotel was very well located, The beach wasn’t far away and we can park the car in the hotel. All perfect for us 👌 This hotel are in my list for the next visit to Tenerife 👍

The property was incredibly inclusive for all walks of life. It was located in an excellent part of las Americas close to the main strip and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pools were amazing and jacuzzis too. Excellent entertainment throughout the day and night.

The food at breakfast and dinner weren’t amazing. You have to pay extra for soft drinks at the dinner. We would’ve not added half board if that was an option due to the amazing food available in the different restaurants in las Américas. You have to pay 25 euro to sit on the rooftop Sun loungers (you get the 25 back in food and drink) but we did not feel like it was worth it due to the lack of umbrellas with our Irish skin. We also encountered an incredibly rude waiter while on our visit to the rooftop thankfully the only rude staff we encountered though! Also be prepared to participate in Sunbed wars lifeguard was amazing for removing towels on unattended beds though all you have to do is ask for the amount of beds you need we were never left without one.

Originally we had a room on the third floor at the front of the building. We changed rooms after the first night as there was no evening sun and the smell from the street was horrendous. Also no one was notified of the roof top pool being closed for renovation when it was the reason we booked the hotel. It was impossible to get a sun bed anywhere near the pool by 9 o’clock.

All good ... food, pool, rooms, people, location, etc. Even cozy sports bar on the neighbour.

It is good to have lively bar at rooftop, but noisy events are not good if quest can't watch TV (or sleep) in room bw. 20-24. "Adults only" doesn't mean "3 hours of disco mantadory".

Very clean, central location, plenty of day time entertainment and friendly staff

Wish there was an option to just have breakfast instead of requiring both- we ended up going out for foods most evenings

Excellence central location. Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in process. Room cleaned every day. Lovely room with extra large double bed. All modern furniture and fittings. Restaurant service was friendly and David was very enthusiastic about his work.

The hotel sunbed policy of No Reserving Sunbeds was not implemented. By 9am every sunbed had a towel with very few people. Very disappointing. Water for dinner had to be paid for. It was bottled. It went up in price from €2.50 to €2.90 on our last day. Why can’t you provide free water from the dispenser like it is for breakfast? Very disappointing to have to pay considering the price I paid for the week. Room safes have to be paid for. Top class hotels would include a free safe in the price. Again, another disappointment. All the above would put me off staying at the Tigotan again. Especially the lack of implementation of their sunbed policy.

Food was very good used the rooftop most days was excellent

Room was very noisy we was ground floor no view , was near back door to pool door was bagging from 6 in the morning people putting towels out could hear running water all the time when people having showers and toilet . If we came again wouldn’t stay in those rooms

The location and choice of table availability each morning. The various food options for either a light meal or something more substantial.

If constant music is necessary, a more mixed selection could be made to suit all tastes and ages. Although we appreciate that the hotel is adults only, there was a considerable range of age groups.

Lovely hotel staff were so friendly

I didn't like our room 027 every time people in the room next door flushed the toilet or used the shower you could here the water as if it was in our room and the same with the room over us it was so bad it would wake us up

We arrived two and a half hours earlier and at the reception they gave us an early check-in. Breakfast and dinner was tasty, nice personal, good location (not far from the beach), parking is available, air condition and small fridge in the room

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the room, but it is solved by opening the door to the balcony for a few minutes , so everything was fine
