Location excellent. Breakfast ok

Didn’t eat omelettes or scrambled eggs as they looked as if thy came from a packet.

Location. Receptionists were excellent.Bar atmosphere & staff.

Breakfast restaurant staff tried hard not to engage with guests. Looking the other way in case you wanted to ask something. Nobody to take you to your table on entering.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff on reception who presented a good first impression. I would not hesitate to return.

A pleasant pool area, unfortunately spoilt by those who abuse the towels on loungers rules. A queue of people gathered daily half an hour or so before the area opened. Towels are then left on unattended loungers for hours. On the day I left, it had even extended to towels left on chairs on the breakfast room balcony. Those chairs, tables overlooking the pool area. A degree of leeway, fine. But some people simply take advantage and show no respect for others. Perhaps it is time to enforce the rules. It would be a great shame to allow the problem to cast an, albeit small, shadow over all the good points.

I loved the style and decor of the hotel, its contemporary and stylish. Loved the breakfast area, especially being able to sit on the upper terrace outside to eat. Beautiful views of the bay. Loved the pool area, was so clean and well maintained. We stayed in a suite and it was fab, loved the walk-in closet and was super spacious! We also appreciated being able to watch English TV channels, as you rarely get that in hotels in Spain!

Everything was great tbh, no complaints! The only things that bothered us were not the fault of the hotel! - no sun beds or umbrellas on the beach, which meant a queue for the hotel beds each day, at least 40 mins before the pool opened! - terrible noise one night, due to an event on the square, which involved pounding dance music until 5.37am! - water quality of the sea wasn't great..and there was a strong smell of sewage at times, which you could smell from the pool area at times - in the evening and the morning, not in the day! But overall it is an excellent hotel, lovely staff and extremely comfortable and we would certainly book again :-)

Great staff, we had to move rooms as the noise level on the first night was unacceptable. the staff allowed us to move up 2 floors which helped enormously and they were very accommodating. Awesome breakfast and lovely position of the hotel in the centre of Pollensa with great pool and facilities.

Initially the noise levels so close to the hotel from revellers in the early hours of the morning, plus as we were close to lifts of the side sea views the noise from there was also high, if you can choose take a room from the 3rd floor upwards

Slow service in the bar

The hotel was on the main part to where all the restaurants are and overlooking the water, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was bright and spacious, we had a mountain view room which got the sun all afternoon and evening. Breakfast was amazing, they had a very good variety of fruit, smoothies,oats ,glutenfree options as well as being able to get omelettes made. There was a small gym and the pool looked nice! ( the weather was not in our favour). Would recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

Teresa was excellent - cleaning tables and preparing tables. Very alert. Excellent customer service.

Notice of events at the bar was poor. Also, communication of your 10% food offer which didn't apply to bar downstairs or the Lemon Bar. Poor, very poor.

Location was fantastic - pool right on the beach. Buffet breakfast was lovely and a live station for omelettes, eggs etc. There was 11 ladies in the group, one celebrating her 50th, the staff organised our table together every morning with a birthday breakfast. The birthday girl was upgraded to the penthouse suite with jacuzzi and views to die for. Special shout to Christina at the reception. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for making our time with the best!

A very small thing… I had an apartment for 3 which was very and well equipped. The only thing I would say is to have a mirror in the lounge wardrobe as being the third person in the room I had to keep going into the bedroom of the other 2 guests to do hair, make-up etc. luckily we are good friends! 🤣

The pool was fab. And breakfast was good. Lovely comfy bed and nice room once I moved from the other building

I had to spend 2 nights in the other building and room very small and not nearly as good as hotel room. Not enough staff around pool and no restrictions on non guests using facilities
