Beautiful location, clean well appointed room. Swimming pool by the apartments lovely and always plenty of sun beds free both by the pools and next to the sea. Great option to exchange dinner (DBB option) for a lunch voucher to allow flexibility. A formal and less formal outdoor restaurant option with the most amazing view. The breakfast was also excellent. Made use of the hotels changing/shower room which can be booked to allow for later departures from the hotel.

Our room only had one drawer for clothes, this should have been better and we left some clothes in our case. Because it was a studio apartment, the second cupboard had an ironing board, mop etc but this reduces clothes space down. One issue for the number of waiters outside, is that service was slow, with only one staff member allowed to take food orders. Serving staff don't revisit tables to ask if food is ok, if more drinks are required or if the bill is needed. The long trousers for men in the indoor dining room should have been clearer, this is a bit old fashioned and sexist and smart shorts and shirt would be perfectly adequate in this day and age. It's too hot for long trousers and they're not needed otherwise!

It was clean, well maintained and great customer service. Pool attendants were militant which was a downside. In the apartments the maids were never given the time to wash dishes and never replaced our single kitchen towels, no drying rack. There is no dishwasher and no space for food storage

One restaurant had a strict dress code which meant the other one was impossible to get a table in. Beds were hard so we had to get mattress toppers. No barhroom cupboards. Shower leaked all over the floor, not enough hooks to hang towels for 4 people.

Location is stunning, right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. Buffet breakfast was a highlight with so many options, including mimosas! The kids pool area is lovely and you can order drinks via a QR code. The wellness spa was really nice for a relaxing time. Apartment rooms were well stocked for preparing simple meals. The room was very modern and clean, and the hotel common areas are simply beautiful.

We were excited for our meal at the restaurant La Terrassa for dinner, however it was a bit lack lustre. Service was a bit lacking and they forgot our young daughters meal. The premium price for the dinner didn't match the experience.

Excellent breakfast, view out of the window, good service, helpful and welcoming staff, tennis court and access to the beach. The hotel arranged flamenco guitar and dancers one night and a classic guitar concert the other, which was something really special and enjoyable.

Small room (29), uncomfortable mattress, lack of free water every day, soundproofing leaves much to be desired, and sun-beds are hard to find after 9 am, there are too few of them if the hotel if full, like it was in August. The price was way too high for this type of accommodation but overall we enjoyed it very much.

There was a power cut when we arrived but the staff were very informative and gave us two vouchers for free drinks. Beautiful hotel, stunning location, lovely and quiet, staff couldn't be any more helpful Boat ride was fabulous.

Our room said it had a side sea view with sun beds and a little terrace. The side view was a little misleading as we had to walk from the room and out onto another roof and then we had to look over the railings for the view and the sun beds were configured in a very weird way that was separate from our room and overlooked by the floor above and there were no sun shades so they were unusable as there was no shade in full sun and 32 degrees heat.

The communal areas of the hotel are very attractively decorated with very good air con.The room( double sea view no balcony)is small but with a very comfortable bed and very well presented. The staff were exceptional in the level of service provided

The en suite bathroom was v small and the base of the shower tray leaked onto the bathroom floor every time the shower was in use The sun bathing deck is advertised as opening at 9am but the hotel allows towels to be placed on sunbeds well in advance of the advertised opening time..all bed usually gone by 8.15/30..and kept all day meaning some guests can’t use that facility..disappointing

Breakfast was heaven. We loved the sea being so close and you could hear it lapping away during breakfast. Dinner was plentiful- we didn't realise you could swap it for the outside Terrasa restaurant if you wished. Beet was good! Mattresses were lovely- excellent sleep. Braun hairdryer supplied- maybe not top range but did the job. Spa pool was fun. V helpful mini mirror in our bathroom which was excellent for shaving etc. We had cloudy but warm weather and swam in the sea most days- I wore wetsuit boots and gloves plus rash vest/shorts and was v comfortable. My family just wore normal swim gear and were fine. April weather so in the day shorts /light jumper worked well and in the evening skinny jeans/jersey jacket/blouse or top. For exercise shorts/vest top. Long leg pj bottoms (lighter weight) plus t short worked well (light duvets on bed).

Nothing really. Staff were delightful. We even got a mini breakfast because we were leaving early.

The location. The architecture. The ambience . The amazing staff. The quality of food and service. The view from the restaurant and fabulous food. . The hotel decor and style. We would have given a 10 except for the ac issue. Because otherwise this hotel has it all. We will absolutely return. We loved it.

The room was quite small and no space in the bathroom for storing toiletries. There was a bad musty odour in the room consistently which we reported on day 1. We believe it’s an ac issue( having experience with acs) which needs gas and also the bathroom expelair didn’t seem to function.

Comfortable, good size and layout of the apartment, well equipped kitchenette, super clean and well maintained. Polite, lovely and helpful staff, excellent English - kudos! The pool garden was a lovely oasis of palms and pines with comfy sunbeds around the pool, well placed to soak the sun up. We also enjoyed the hotel beach, comfy beds and fantastic views.Excellent restaurant and food variety of snacks and drinks at the beach terrace bar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again.

The outdoor pool was not heated and in early May was quite cold. The pool in the spa centre was also far too cold to relax in. The sauna and Turkish bath were not on all the time - one needs to ring reception to turn them on in advance. There were no convenient plugs beside the bed.

Breakfast great and location beautiful staff very friendly . Lovely and tranquil through the day and into the evening. Loved a sundowner listening to classic guitar .

The bar staff a bit stressy with headsets and dashing around talking into microphone like they were on a secret service mission ! Needed a bit more tranquility please ! Also , would have been good to get some service at the sun beds rather than constantly getting up looking for a member of bar staff . Also very early cleaning was a bit noisy for rooms directly off the main staircase . Just need to be careful not to keep pushing the buckets up against hard surfaces - although did appreciate the spotless rooms and hotel areas .
