The service and friendly staff; Good size of rooms and cleanliness overall; good service daily from the cleaning staff; Good food and variety to chose from (compliments to the grill chef lady - amazing steaks and grills); The pool is excellent with lots of fun activities organised by the entertainment crew which are always busy and lively; Guest artists doing live music in the evenings; Location close to the beach; Reception staff always helpful; Excellent value for the money.

Perfect location, by the beach and with a quick access to it. Big swimming pool, so clean and well maintained. The garden and terrace also very nice, noticed the maintenance of the plants and trees. The staff is attentive and kind. Easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated a great cleanliness in all the facilities, including the room. So spacious room/apartment, with big balcony and bathroom. Small kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds and big couch. Big smart TV. The breakfast is good.

Despite all the good things in this hotel, unfortunately I must say that the dinner is not their strong point. We took breakfast and dinner and while breakfast is quite good, the dinner didn't fulfil our expectations at all :( Overall the prepared food is presented to the public already cold, despite you arrive 15 min. after the dinner starts, which makes that a chicken fillet, just as an example, does not taste good and even complicates your night later on... In general noticed within the dinner a really poor and standard offer, not really representative of the country or the area, i.e. the tomatoes, hard and without any flavor, it is a shame being in Almeria which is considered the garden of Europe... The cook is very apathetic and rude.

We come here regularly and have been doing so for years. We were disappointed that we only had UK TV for 1 week (it's only ever sky news) We reported this a few times but never had this TV channel. There are over 10 German TV channels so we at least wanted to see the news in English. Reception staff are always very friendly.

Plenty of space with adequate sunbeds by the outdoor pool for guests.Well stocked apartments with utilities. Friendly staff.

Sauna and Jacuzzi were out of service. There should be notes at the reception to advice guests right from the start of their holidays.

The location was great .The staff were good especially in the Restaurant.

The apartment was very dated looking back at u tube It has not change for years.The inside pool needed a good clean the food was not up to a four star hotel And it needed more food stations would not like to be there in the summer.

The apartment is situated in great localization, near the beach and best restaurants. It is very spatial and clean. From the balcony you have great view on the sea.

One small minus was that in apartment there was no quilt. To our disposition were only blankets.

Fabulous, been here previously. Great rooms,pool, breakfast. Very helpful staff. Juan on reception was so kind & helpful. He's a credit to your company!

The only down-side we thought was the music around the pool area. It was not pleasant at all. Aimed at young people that like garage effect tones.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. Room was a good size & bed was comfy. Kitchen had enough to be useful for us as well.

There were no problems & I have no complaints at all. I didn't realise that parking onsite was 15 euros a night extra or that out of season (we went in November) the cafe isn't open. There are about 3 cafes in close walking distance plus in November there were many free parking places opposite the the Arena centre.

How clean and attentive service. Location is perfect.

Lack of activities ,for example musical events. Very calm for summer.
