Wow what a fantastic place to stay! I’ve visited several hotels in Salou and this is definitely one of the best. The hotel is so clean and modern, it looks as if it’s had a refurb or perhaps it’s always been like it I’m not sure. It was great either way! Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and bed comfy. I found the breakfast most impressive with so much to choose from. Freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, full English options. The list goes on! My only downside was that the WiFi was very poor and I ended up using my data but this wasn’t really an issue. I would definitely stay here again

From the welcome at reception all staff, in the main, were friendly and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the beach but also boasts two pools, both just fine. The meals are not Michelin starred but the food is fresh, well presented and again, in the main, very acceptable. The rooms are comfortable and especially for one person quite roomy; they are kept clean and fresh. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance and shopping is on the hotel doorstep.

Location was good. The room was clean and breakfast had s good choice the rooftop area was lovey. Most staff were helpful and polite just came across a couple who didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs.

Only negative was the lifts they were very slow and you couldn’t tell if it was on its way . Using the stairs you could only access your floor , as having multiple rooms on different floors it was impossible to access between the rooms unless you used the lift . Can’t imagine what it would be like when it’s peak season .

Hotel is overall very good. Rooms are new and clean, staff was nice, pool was clean. Food was overall OK - but not perfect.

Rooms are a little bit too small for the price. But they are new and clean what is absolutely ˝plus˝. Dinner could have a little bit more choice - but generally was OK. Only thing I really didn't like is that water during dinner was not free and you need to pay a bottle. Price of 3,1 EUR wouldn't make me poor, but also wouldn't make rich hotel. It's more about gesture.

I have been to Spain many times. This was the best Hotel I ever stayed in. It had everything. Excellent staff, great food, good hotel rooms etc. Breakfast and Dinner were both top of the class. Location was excellent and overall this great value and well worth its four star rating. Its probably best suited to couples and maybe not for families as there are limited playing facilities for children.

Ground floor pool was small and didn’t have enough sun loungers, loud music coming from top floor of summit bar at night and Wi-Fi was extremely poor.

Excellent hotel in the resort centre Very clean. Pool areas fantastic. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Family room superb. Breakfast delicious

There was not much for daytime snacks for kids. If you are half board or more it’s great because restaurant is great. But we were Bed and Breakfast and no where really to eat by pool for kids. There is food on top floor pool area but prices astronomical

Everything! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much of an ask for them. The people working in the bar especially, really made sitting in the hotel bar so enjoyable! Couldn't praise them more! There was entertainment every night at 10pm that we always made sure we were back for as it was so enjoyable! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. New towels provided daily also. The hotel also lets you rent beach towels for 10 euro and when you return the towel you get the 10 euro back. Brilliant idea! The breakfast each morning was amazing! There was so much to choose from. There are also 2 pool areas. Both are spotless! The rooftop pool is unbelievable! The location is also unbelievable, you couldn't ask to be more central! Couldn't fault this hotel or the staff!

I have not one complaint about the hotel or my stay!

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with smiles. The staff in reception, the bar, and summit bar are all accommodating, very pleasant and always waiting on you. The pools are amazing and so clean.They really do give you a holiday to remember. Room was spotless, bathroom the same, shower was lovely. Balcony good size and soundproofed so no noise from outside. Could hear noise from the hallways but didnt bother us. Breakfast was also very good, lots of options. We ate dinner and lunch out so can't comment on that but restaurant was always busy. Entertainment every evening in Spanish and English, would highly reccommend. We will definitely be returning again.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very well decorated to a very modern style. Facilities were brilliant, the rooftop pool was the best, plenty of sun loungers available all day. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, they couldn’t do enough to help you especially, Juan, Carlos, Raquel and Miguel. The food was lovely and there was such a big variety every day so you were able to try lots of new things. The location was ideal, on the main strip with all the shops and supermarkets seconds away, the beach is a 5 min walk.

While the room was lovely and well equipped it was a tad small, we asked for 2 beds as we were friends sharing but there was a double and a single which didn’t leave much room to store suitcases and other bits and bobs etc - but that’s just me picking as I really can’t fault the hotel at all.
