добрая лакацыя, мора недалёка, портавентура таксама блізка, ноччу не шумна - нам спадабалася - мы загаддзя папрасілі апошні паверх, так і атрымалася, дзякуй, дробязь але прыемна - анімацыя на ўзроўні, кожны дзень шмат усяго - воднае пола, розныя водныя батуты, дзіцячы майстар-шэф, настольны тэніс і г.д. - ежа 5/5, ніякіх прэтэнзій няма, усё смачна, вялікі выбар - аніякіх заўваг - дзве крутыя горкі ў басейне, каталіся і малыя і дарослыя!

зусім маленькі пакой, яшчэ і два двуспальныя ложкі займаюць амаль усю прастору - вельмі мала месца для рэчаў, зусім няма шафаў - толькі невялікія адкрытыя дзе мала што змяшчаецца (на фота), але нам было нармальна, не крытычна - вельмі дзіўныя і нязручныя дзверы ў туалет - яны проста прасоўваюцца ў бок, але не зачыняюцца, у выніку заўсёды ёсць даволі вялікая шчыліна - самы велічэзны мінус (таксама на фота), было вельмі нязручна з-за гэтага - басейн яўна не разлічаны на такую вялікую колькасць людзей, асабліва ў час пік

The Animation team (Raul, Julio, Crazy, and we never got the girls name but she was unbelievable) were without a doubt were the best part and made our holiday! The entire staff of the hotel were absolutely amazing! The facilities were great, the hotel had multiple pool slides, fantastic entertainment from the animation team day and night, pool tables, grand piano, lounge areas, plenty of sunbeds and seating outside by the pool, ping pong, small arcade, lovely little shop for gifts that was so reasonable, The location was perfect, very central and only a very short 10min walk to the theme park and a 10min walk to the beautiful beach. reception staff were so helpful and we loved the half board food, big variety, very tasty, meals prepared fresh infront of you including pizzas, fish, steaks, pancakes, burgers and omlettes!, loads of desserts that were of coarse delish! Loads of fresh baked breads, meats cheese salads....something for everybody! The chefs were so friendly as well as the serving staff. Bar staff included. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. It had a tv which we never turned on as we were entertained all day. Big shower and lovely soft white towels refreshed daily. The hotel felt very safe and any guests we spoke to were all return guests so that says it all! The poolside bar had hotdogs for €3.50 very tasty poolside snack between meals. They online pictures or 3 star rating dont so this place justice! My daughter (10) picked the hotel because she seen it had a water slide and I was slightly apprehensive as it was so cheap before we arrived but boy was I wrong. I had to promise the kids we would go back before we left! The perfect holiday combination and at an excellent price! We paid just over €500 for a week half board for 2 adults and a child early october 2024. Can't wait to go back. Excellent value for money!

I wouldn't say that we were unhappy with the room, but it was slightly on the smaller side perhaps for people with large suitcases baggage or prams, but it didn't matter to us as we only took hand luggage and don't have any prams. We had sufficient room even considering we had booked one of the smaller rooms, besides we only slept and showered in the room as we were out by the pool all day every day, and it was kept exceptionally well by the accommodation staff. The beds we very comfortable and the shower was modern and big! We had a lovely view of the pool and a table on a small balcony, with some chairs, sure what more could you want!

Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Aircon great in the rooms as well. The pools were busy with slides for the kids that went down a treat. Pool area and entertainment in the evening was lively and fun. The food was excellent with plenty to choose from. Great value for money

Like most will say, the rooms are a touch on the small side. Just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids under 10, if you can get past that it is a great spot. I wouldn't be booking 4 adults into one room though!

Clean hotel, room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Everywhere else in the hotel was clean. Absolutely great location and couldn't be more perfect to get to portaventura, beach, town centre. Pool is great and also the mini pool for kids is amazing. Pool has the sun mainly all day.

Some bar staff was miserable and was literally serving in slow motion at the pool bar. Food was mediocre at the hotel, you will always find something to eat but nothing to shout about. Food is probably great for other nationalities but for English I can see a few others having the same complaint.

There was loads of food options on offer. Perhaps not for my son who has a milk allergy but thats to be expected and he did okay with what was on offer. Asked for extra pillows and received 2 with a smile. Check in fast. Yes, room is small but more than adequate for 4 of us! The shower was great. Great location. Secure car parking for a reasonable price. Thank you for an excellent stay for my kids first holiday abroad.

Came here 15yrs ago as a couple and returned as the hotel has been refurbished and wow what a Beautiful looking hotel, modern and very clean our rooms were made everyday the hotel was spot less. The entertainment throughout the day and staff were so good with both adults and kids with plenty going on. Julio and Laia particularly great. Food always plenty and choice was good we stayed half board and arrived late on our first night which the hotel moved us to lunch on our last day without being asked. Fresh omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast choice (even English sausages some mornings) evenings chefs cooked fresh meats to your preference. Some queuing at breakfast on busy days but the staff work fast to keep the flow smooth. Pools are fab the splash pool for kids is great and ha fake grass so they can run around it well done great idea. I would suggest laying out a couple of loungers or chairs in this area. Rooms not huge but has fridge ,good bathrooms, we had 2 double beds in ours. Ooo the tv had English channels (itv1 & 2, channel 4 & 5, bbc and Disney) I know we’re abroad but those little creature comforts are great when you have kids and don’t go to evening entertainment or need them to cool off. We loved it so much we’re coming back as a big family holiday next year Mother, 13yr old 8yr old and 4yr old

As we had a family room a double and 2 single beds would have been preferred but we were ok to all share.

Is not very far from Portaventura Park, you can walk easily. In room was a very big bed, a lot towels, small fridge/minibar. In hotel was jacuzzi inside and sauna/steam room.

Wasn't big choice of food, but maybe because was just beginning of season. And was a lot children from schools, in the morning and late evening was big noise in all hotel of that.

Breakfast and dinner great choices and plentiful (not sure why there’s so many poor reviews) staff were all friendly! Animation team were amazing! Pool facilities / snack bar all great! Location a ten minute stroll from the main strip / beach and a 20 min walk to port aventura! The hotel was amazing value for money!

No inflatables in the pool (unless they’re tiny 😆)

The hotel met all the expectations. Animacion team of Crazy and Raul and the team did wonderful job with all the fun and entertainment activities. Location is just 10 min walk from the beach. Supermarkets are near by. Parking along the road are accessible and available.

Cleanliness could have been better. Wifi speed was really bad. And some websites are being blocked which are not supposed to be like this website was blocked by network filter from the hotel wi fi https://www.krishnafestival.be/
