It was great to be able to visit theme park whenever we wanted. The pool area was lovely in hotel. The staff were very nice&helpful and breakfast was very good. Great location short walk to park and not too far a walk to beach and town

The rooms are small and there are lots of ants&insects on the first floor where we were. Drinks and snacks are way overpriced here and there are no access to drinking water. Which is a human need and any hotel I've ever stayed in had drinking water available for refilling your cups especially a 4star hotel.

This hotel was amazing!! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable (even sourcing me some insect repellent when they didn’t have any in their own shop). We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner were both fantastic! We looked forward to our meal everyday. The hotel offered the flexibility of changing the evening buffet for a meal in the theme park if you wanted to stay out a little later, but I was travelling with a little one, so we never used this option, but it was a useful perk if needed. The pool area was absolutely stunning, however, they are very strict on what you can take into the pool. If you want to wear sunglasses in the pool, you need a strap for them and if I had known, I would have got a cheap one from Amazon before I went. The walk to the park was about 15 minutes (and a shuttle would turn this rating into a 10). Although manageable; it was a challenge in the heat of the day. At night, the rooms could be a little noisy and it seemed that you could hear everything from the joining rooms. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me as the rest of the stay was so fabulous, but it is something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. All in all, it was a fantastic break for me and my son and I will definitely be returning!!!

The rooms were a little noisy and the a shuttle to and from the parks would help.

The hotel's swimming pools were great. There were plenty of sun loungers for guests and you didn't have to pay for them. There was a normal pool and then there was another pool that had sand at the edge and in the pool for the beach effect. The aircon in the bedroom was excellent and was very much needed as it was very hot when we were there. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. The buffet for dinner was great value, if it's not included in your package then its only 25 euro per person and it was worth it. There is very little information about how to get a taxi and there is no uber/bolt available but you can go to reception and they will order a taxi for you.

The queues for the bar inside and outside were very long. There was very little staff working.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly.

The room needed some small fixings, no mat for the shower was provided, and the soap and gel bottles were empty. A blanket would’ve been useful to have.

The hotel is very nice, the room was large and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast was incredibly kind.

The distance from the room to the parking area is pretty long and the same to Portaventura park. For the evening, there was a looong queue just to enter the restaurant so we took the car for Salou where you have plenty of options (though it is difficult to find a parking spot). The minibar was totally not working and it was difficult to make the reception staff understand this but in the end it got solved thanks a a co-national member of the staff we found there.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of five (two adults and three children) and had a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable. Both the rooms and the hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

This is a very nice resort. Pity it suffers a little from recession. Some restaurants are closed and they try to make money out of a small things like the gym for example. 10eur a day(but you also have access to the wellness with indoor pool)... And only open from 18 to 22. But!!!!! That beach pool makes it all worth the money. See my picture. Briefly... Some things are starting to be dated but with that beach and the accès to Ferrari land and PortAventura world it is a nice holiday resort for families with children.

We really enjoyed our vacation. We vacationed with our family for 12 days. The reception always helped us. The pools are clean and cool, the houses and rooms are well-kept. The amusement park brought us so many positive emotions.

1. During our 12-day stay, our bed linen was not changed. 2. The room had a door to the next room, so we could hear what was going on there.

Pool: very nice, clean and well serviced. Lifeguards on duty were excellent Food: good options and variety for vegetarians, very good quality. Well managed, never rushed during breakfast or dinner. Staff: excellent, very helpful. The restaurant staff were especially helpful and nice to deal with

Room: a little small for 3 adults, pull-out bed was not very comfortable. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, sticky toy stuck to the ceiling which was not removed at any point during our stay. We could also hear the residents in the next room, especially in the bathroom where I could actually hear what they were saying. Check in: we were not informed about the loyalty bonus/points when checking in, only found out on our last day through another guest.

We love this hotel and have travelled here for many years. The only thing I would call out this time is that the Coral Reef restaurant was closed, The Tapas restaurant was open but we did not eat there as it was very quiet each evening. Appreciate the buffet restaurant was available and also that it was end of season so all understandable, not an issue for us as we did travel to town for food each night as don't have young kids but could be an issue for families with small children. Overall though this is a fabulous resort and we always enjoy our visit - is within walking distance to Park and we had access included with hotel stay and could come and go as much as we wanted which was great with teenagers. When we checked out on 11/9 the pools were closed and hotel seemed to be closing up but again understandable mid September. We will definitely return.
