Excellent location just a few minutes into the centre of town yet quietly tucked away. A clean and modern building. We asked for a room with a balcony which we were given at the front of the hotel. Our room was lovely and cosy and light looking out onto the town and we could see the sea to the right hand side and the mountains to the left. I would advise asking for a balcony because some of the rooms at the back just had a window looking out onto a wall and would be a bit dark. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. The breakfasts were more than adequate with enough choice. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel restaurant was also a cafe frequented by the locals.

The restaurant / cafe could get a bit busy at breakfast time. Sometimes we had to wait for a seat. It is not a very big space and at times felt very congested.

Nice hotel in the city centre, the room was smaller but had everything you needed (including a fridge and hairdryer). For stays of fewer nights I think it is more than enough. We were very surprised by the breakfast, buffet style with a relatively large selection (we missed the vegetable a bit), all very tasty.

Staff were friendly lovely balcony with view of mtn big bathroom comfy bed and a really amazing breakfast. Location is great to experience the old town see the old buildings.

The shower is held by hand so that's tricky instead of being able to just stand under it. There was no plug in the basin which wastes a lot of water.

Really impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Rooms are small but they have everything you need and are spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful. Couldn’t fault this place for value for money.

If you’re a light sleeper then you might not want a room at the front. Reception made no secret that there can be a little noise, and the bin men come early in the morning. We went for a front one anyway and it didn’t disturb us!

The hotel is well located in San Sebastián, calm, clean and the staff was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were hiking and they kept our luggage for free for 5days. Breakfast is basic but with a little bit of everything. Despite the industrial style, the hotel has everything you need.

Lovely place, exactly what I needed after a long three days of waking. The landlady even made me a packed breakfast as I was getting the early ferry out the next morning.

Great location - quiet but central. The service was excellent, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was hot. There was also a balcony, which I didn't expect.

Great location. Massive private sunterrace with room (502). Spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Breakfast was a little chaotic and not too many choices, but it was New Years day so understandable 😉

Right in the center of the capital, room was big enough. I booked it at the last minute so I can't really complain. Breakfast is also included in the price.

The window faces an inner courtyard and was on the first floor so the air in the room was a bit stuffy and couldn't be refreshed.
