The hotel is not too big, not too small. Very friendly staff, a great view over the bay. We spent lovely days here. A view great double loungers at the pool, good for some leisurely hours… Breakfast was very complete with good assorted amenities like nuts to put in yoghurt. We only used the evening buffet once but did order some light meals apart from the buffet and they were fine. The hotel is kept very clean. Not only the rooms but also the grounds and the swimming pool area. Staff are proud of their hotel, longtime employed, very welcoming. Not everyone speaks English but there’s always someone around that does.

Beware that the swimming pool is truly small since a big part of is is less then 40 cm’s deep. No problem for us though since we stayed in a quiet week with few people in and around the pool.

Most things very positive. The hotel is newly renovated and very tasteful. Especially like the communal lobby bar and pool area. Small but functional rooms (sea view would have been lovely but unfortunately none available). Very friendly staff especially the ladies on reception and Andrii and Hector in the bar. Very kind housekeeping too. Pool clean and tidy and good level Of customer service and attention to detail. Very family friendly even a small play area In the pool area inside.

The rooms were fine in themselves but on the basic side. The food was not great - ample choice but not particularly tasty or high quality at breakfast but people seemed to be enjoying themselves

We paid extra for the sea view, and it was well worth it! Enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine and cheese on our deck each day with that view! We also paid ahead for breakfast included, and enjoyed the buffet each morning. The location is wonderful with beautiful walks/hikes on each side of the beach, snorkeling in the beautiful coves on the right side of the beach, and an easy walk to town for more restaurants, although there are plenty to choose from right there. Parking is available for 12 € a night. Very clean and well cared for property! Would definitely return!

Perfect hotel with new, fresh rooms, neat interior, polite and helpful staff, nice view from the window to all directions, literally 3 minutes from the beach. The beach itself is in a beautiful bay, we rented a boat for 2 and enjoyed a ride, a half of the beach is sandy, the other one is with small stones. It is easy to enter the water for kids, too. The city is close to the hotel, you could reach a city center in 10 minutes by car, expect a 15 min walk to the closest supermarket. Until mid of June parking is free in the whole city. Breakfast is good, eggs, bacon, fritata, fresh fruits, good bread, yoghurt, pastry and cakes and also a strange machine baking pancakes.

We had a halfboard and were a bit disappointed during the dinner. In the photo gallery of the hotel they have a lot of photos that make you expect a fine dining, but the food only looks good. All we tried was not really tasty, fish and meat to dry, hard to chew, mediocre taste.

We stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 weeks, and the Junior Suites does not come with a sea view which is a shame because you miss out some amazing sunrises. The location is impeccable, among the best in Costa Brava, the hotel is surrounded by great views and great restaurants. Parts of the hotel is recently renovated and the common areas looks very good. It has a great breakfast buffet and fantastic helpful and smiling personnel. We did not try the restaurant for dinner.

The beds are not of the newest and most comfortable, and the housekeeping staff should get better training. It’s not much that needs to be improved, but it will extend the lifetime of the hotel in addition to improve the quality feeling of the guests.

Recently refurbished reception, lounge bar and restaurant. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great sea views from front hotel rooms. Good location at one end of the bay. Can walk from one end of the bay to the other in ten minutes. Very good selection on buffet breakfast both hot and cold. With freshly cooked omelette and much more. Hotel bar and food prices very reasonable.

No baby changing facilities in hotel toilets. No plug in bath so unable to bath baby. No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

We did not know the pool was under construction when we booked the hotel. Had a seaview room, but could hear the banging of the construction of the pool going on till late in the afternoon from our balcony. Had to pay an extra €10 for a higher floor, never experienced that before, but I suppose it was worth it.

Hotel was very welcoming and accommodating especially due to arriving early hours of the morning due to delays. The taxi driver rang hotel a few times for directions and the Manager was most helpful also spoke to me in English to reassure me . On arrival quick checkin in and offered refreshments. Hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and comfortable bed. Amazing view from 408. Restaurant offered plenty choice at breakfast and evening meal unless you are very fussy.

Great location, 2 min away from the sea, great breakfast, very nice rooms (we basically had 2: the salon where we could spend time, and the bedroom), it was great to have both shower and a bath.

Room service (cleaning) timing is a bit later than usual, probably because our room was at the end of the floor, but once the room service came around 16h when we were back for a siesta. So we actually had to empty our room for almost the whole day to get our room cleaned.

Hotel with terrace and swimming pool overlooking Sant Pol beach. You can have breakfast and hear the sound of the waves, enjoy a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal. Don't forget that you can get beach towels and an umbrella at the reception. You can walk to Sa Conca beach along a beautiful path, take your camera with you

The price is a little overpriced in my opinion, for a hotel that requires renovation, especially the toilet rooms. But maybe I'll hold back
