I loved the location, the swimming pool and I had a big apartment, too! Since needed connection for work and on the second floor there was no internet, I asked for help at the reception. The young receptionist guy went over and beyond to find a workaround for me! At the restaurant the employees were kind and attentive, too! Thanks to the customer focus and friendliness of the staff I would highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Definitely a family oriented place, which is not a bad thing! it was nice as we were there for the nightlife and it was nice to get away from all the chaos. Plenty of space, pool in the property. Having a kitchen was also great! Reception is 24 hrs so it was easy to get cabs.

Definitely not near the main attractions of Ibiza for the people who are mainly there for the nightlife. We knew this booking the property so not a big deal to us. it is about a 30/40 min ride to west of the island(popular beaches) and 25 mins to the clubs (Pacha, HI, Ushuaïa, etc)

lovely and spacious and nice view of pool from balcony. food is lovely and good pricing. if you’re looking for a relaxing affordable place to stay then this is your go to but this side of ibiza is not a place to stay if you like to party

as 2 young english girls, we felt very judged by others who were staying at this hotel, we got some funny looks however the staff were very kind and we had a great stay only down side was no lift as we had to carry 2 suitcases and 2 bags up 3 flights of stairs

The place was very clean, personnel was super gentle and friendly. We could use the courtesy room on our last day and it was very useful because our flight departured late. The location is great because is not busy but 20/30 min away from the clubs and the calas nearby were very quiet and less busy than the popular ones. Really recommend it. Will definitely go back if we go to Ibiza

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff are lovely, and food was great. Nice quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to the Marina

Location of our room was along a busy road, however it would not stop me staying there again, I would request a room away from the road.

Firstly I must say how lovely the staff were! The location was fantastic as we were doing the Ibiza marathon and it was so close to the expo and the transfer busses to the start line. The beds are a little too hard after running 26.2 miles. The kitchen area is very basic but was fine for us for a few days.

Pool area was good, great it had a smaller pool for little ones. Apartment was lovely and clean very spacious and very large balcony. Bar area was good and staff were lovely!

Apartment lacked basic items such as kettle, toaster etc which was hard with a little one. Location a little bit out the way about 20 minute walk into the centre.

Clean and modern decoration. Nice balcony overlooking pool. We enjoyed the pool, crazy golf and breakfast at the bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Towels changed regularly. Shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Breakfast and other food very reasonably priced. Supermarket very close by and bus service to Es Canar. Bus to Ibiza town from Santa Eulalia. Santa Eulalia great for restaurants and shopping.

Nothing to dislike. Because it was early in the season some big hotels and restaurants nearby were closed but not a problem for us. We like to explore.

Great location. Beaches, supermarkets, shops and eateries within easy walking. Swimming pool, bar, cafe on site great. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Apartment very minimal. Lacked a couple of armchairs for relaxing in evenings as only sofa bed in lounge. Kitchen sparsely equipped if you wanted to self cater. Wooden floors in apartments meant noise carried from apartments above and beside at night. However, Shutters on windows and doors dampened traffic sound well.

The location was great. About 15 minutes walk to Santa Eulalia. Two big supermarkets about 5 minutes walk. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We've had very big room with the biggest balcony and the pool view. Surpriaingly comfy beds. Our stay was lovely and we liked everything. Many thanks to all the bar staff!
